We eat there a couple of times a week because of how great the service and food is
Edit: we still eat here regularly but it's gone way down hill. Wait time now is 30 min to an hour. I get ice cream there for my kids most nights but might have to stop. I'll give an example we ordered 7 cones and usually they know to put them in cups when its that many but instead the person came out said o my bad didn't realize it was just you. He started handing me cones and as I'm trying to find places to set them he's laughing and just keeps handing them. So yeah sonic think its about time to step in on this franchise.

So today at 9 pm put in a pick up order for 9 shakes for the kiddos and there friends. arrived at 9:30 pm and was informed they had shut down there ice cream machine and would be refunded my money. you close at 11pm there is no reason for your ice cream machine to be closed before 10pm you're employees yet again lied (because believe me this isn't the first time this has happened) and I know they just didn't want to have to make 9 shakes because in fact the person in the other hop had just got ice cream taken to them. hope your cool with losing $60 and a customer who has had problems in the past with this location but for some reason keep returning is no longer going to give...
Read moreI pressed the button and waited a good while before getting a response. I waited 38 minutes to get my order and my cup was pretty short of being full. As I waited, I figured I would observe to offer some solutions rather than only complaints. The staff seemed very overwhelmed. I saw one girl moving pretty quick to put the orders together. There were about 6 orders sitting on the trays waiting to be taken out for about 15-20 minutes. The carhops looked confused as to which orders went where as they kept looking at receipts then going back to the computer all while the food just sat there. There seemed to be lacking a sense of urgency from the carhops while outside. Maybe they could have further training on the computer and the process for orders coming out to help speed things up. My sandwich was really good, so no issues with the quality of food. I think the manager/asst manager could benefit from pulling a weekly report for traffic flow at specific times to schedule future carhops to accomodate the demand. The carhop was very polite, so overall I see much room for improvement but by far not my worst experience. I would say the biggest obstacle to address...

When I finally did get my order, my burger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I sent it back & requested HOT food….25 minutes later & I’m STILL WAITING 🤬🤬‼️ I r already paid and the red button was deactivated 7 minutes ago with no response received as of now. If I could give ZERO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!! I finally had to GO INSIDE TO ASK TO SEE THE MANAGER! I told her what happened & she IMMEDIATELY blamed the servers stating “I make everything fresh so they’re just letting the food sit there.” When I informed her that was BS BECAUSE THE CHEESE WAS NEVER MELTED (TWICE), she began looking “into space” & mumbling. I asked for a refund because at that point it had been over an hour. She satiated she couldn’t because refunds had to be authorized by the manager & she was only an assistant manager.
