I walked into the store yesterday... 03/28/25 ( evening time) and the place seemed sad. No one was happy, no one was smiling. They looked like they hated their jobs. I sat there for 15-20 min . After that I started getting annoyed and slightly impatient. I finally asked this young girl that wasnt doing anything at all but standing there. She looked 12 and doesnt seem like she understands her job and she obviously doesnt know what customer service is either. She gave me additutde and sass. She dropped the salads on the counter and didnt hand them to me. Then I saw her smirking and laughing. Then I finally have the guy tell me that my pizza dropped on the floor earlier. He chimed in finally but it was too late i had already been waiting forever. Then the lady that is making the pizzas try to defend the situation but you cant at this point. I was treated so awful and it was crazy. I will be writting an e mail to the CEO, email to the General mgr of the Grove location.. Im also going to be getting names of the employees I need.

Pizzas are hit and miss with some being leagues above others however that's what makes this tasty pizza lottery just a little bit more interesting I must confess. When ya do finally get that perfect pizza exactly as you orderd and then some (I'm talking like a whole next level pizza experience maybe even like one of the top ten best pizzas of your entire life) only then it makes the others that disappointed ya a little bit before just fade away and quickly disappear from the pizza equation. When my order arrived, not only was it cold, it was also made wrong. I called the store again, and didn't receive an answer. I attempted to go through online support, and that was futile. I finally got an answer at the store, waited for a manager, then was told, "I'm sorry, we are busy. There is only one driver. We had an issue with the order ahead of yours that caused yours to be late. Would you like me to send a replacement for the tots or issue a credit for them." I said I expected a bit more than that at this point, and was met with the vocal shrug and scoff of, "What would you like?" so I asked for a full refund.
