Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gualo Rai

Was NOT a happy customer today. Ordered a "large thin pepperoni" pizza over the phone. The lady said something that did not sound like a thin crust so I repeated "large thin pepperoni" in which she replied "oh, thin pizza." When I went to pick it up, they had a large thin supreme pizza for me. My kid only eats thin crust pepperoni pizzas from Pizza Hut. The word "supreme" never left my mouth. I told them I ordered pepperoni and that that's the only thing my kid eats, but the lady who took my order swears I ordered a supreme and would not change my order. She talked to the manager then informed me again that I had to pay. Was NOT happy, but paid (more than if they gave me a pepperoni) and took the pizza home hoping my kid will eat it if I removed the other toppings. Did not happen. Had to order again. This time another person took my order. Was a loyal customer, but this one event may be enough to buy...

Took 10 minutes to get anyine to even answer the phone, not ringing busy, just ringing. Made the order for pickup as delivery they said would be 1.5 hours. Ordered at 620pm was told 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived at the store at 640pm. Was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes more. They had not even started making the order. Next time I will order from one of the stand alone pizza shops as they actually answer their phone and have your order ready when they say. This isn't just once this has been the case the last 3 times I ended up ordering from Pizza Hut....

Do not order delivery from here. They said the delivery would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. It took 1 hr and 50 minutes after calling multiple times.

They lied multiple times about: the delivery time how far they were from delivery they said it was delivered (it wasn’t) they had to return to get my pasta (i didn’t order pasta)

When the driver arrived he said he was the only delivery driver.
