I came in to barrigada bakery crown, the two female employees eagerly wanted to assist me . but I felt overwhelmed that I didn't get a chance to observe the displayof cakes. I also asked a question of the freshness of the cake my question wasn't quite answered of freshness ,finally when I was ready to choose my cake i asked if there was a mango hopia sunrises and the clerks said "no" thats all that was display so when a male clerk came out I notice a cake that wasn't in full view asked him"what cake is this display and he said it was a guava mango hopia sunrise" I told him I just asked the ladies and they said nothing . He mentioned that they probably know it by another name .... Everyone should be on the same page to be able to assist anyone at point btw my daughter and the whole family enjoyed mango guava hopia sunrise as well as the taste and last minute writing thank you honored to have crown bakery as part of our family...
