KFC Barrigada — Restaurant in Guam

Seriously hate the drive thru cashier... Today at 5pm.. I stopped by to get me food.. This girl dont know how to greet or smile.. she didn't give me my utensils or napkins . The bag was literally empty . Only the box was there .. no spoons sauce or everything that suppose to go with it.. I had to go bck and ask for them. I had to repeat myself literally 5 times jst for her to hear me... like are u serious ??! Are u new ? Never again will I go back to that place ......

On this day the cashier and the lady that made my shrimp burger their service was exceptional and they made my day by smiling 😃 and giving their best attention eventhough they were busy! I would of gave a 5⭐ but their manager kepted talking nonsense to them which it seemed like she was ridiculing a drive thru customer in which she wasn't aware I was at the register ordering! The food is consistent for a fast food place which is great. The delivery driver that was on duty at the time was one of the best, and I commend them for running through the rain to deliver me my change after they forgot to bring it the first time. I was going to give a tip but they ran back so fast and didn't ask for a tip that I couldn''t give it in time. Whoever is the manager at this KFC should give...
