Decent selection. The lighting section is outdated. Tools and equipment vary and have an ample selection. The kitchen and bath are outdated. Get ready to walk in pools of water during the rainy season, there are leaks and floods everywhere and some new packages have water damage. Prices are slightly higher than HD, but if you need it in a pinch, then Benson is the place to go if you don't want to go to HD.

UPDATE: 10/18/24 Seems when you ask one of the floor attendants for help, they either seem to not know and redirect you to someone else, and then that guy is overloaded, and you are left waiting again because he is helping some else. A website would really help with checking if they have it in stock and where to find it so you do not have to resort to...

You don't always have to go to Home Depot.

I don't come here often as Home Depot is 3 minutes away from me, but when I do come here I'm always treated with great service.

The only downfall of this place is having to buy screws here. There's a closed off section for hardware like screws, washers, bolts, etc where you have to wait in a separate line and have someone grab each item for you. I've had to wait over 20 minutes just to get 5 screws. It's the reason I knocked off one star.

I visited to get new windshield wipers. Although there were no obvious signs to lead me to where I needed to go, I was able to ask for assistance and an employee guided me to the right aisle.

With much luck, I was able to snag the last 26" RainX wiper. I wasn't able to find the right size for my rear windshield wiper.

I had to look up the right size because there was no guidebook. I am so used to seeing a guidebook near the windshield wipers, but I was still able to find it online.

The whole trip took less than 5 minutes! Quick assistance...
