El Arcoiris Restaurante — Restaurant in Guayama

We had the opportunity to visit this restaurant when traveling on this side of the island a while back, before the pandemic and the earthquakes.

El Arcoiris is one of those restaurants that are part of the Guayama coastal history. When we arrived we wanted to create a memory in front of the restaurant for our personal album. One of the waitress noticed and she pointed us to the perfect photo spot they have created for this purpose. Nice!

We were greeted with one of the house specialties, caldo de pescado, compliments of the house. Delicious!

We ordered the catch of the day, cooked in 2 different ways and it was as good as you can see in the pictures. The Chef and cooks are seasoned and you can tell their level of experience based on the combination of explosive flavors they bring to the table. (Puns intended)

Super cozy restaurant located in Pozuelo Guayama Puerto Rico. This place serves land and sea food Puerto Rican Sytle Cuisine,it's a small place but with a welcoming staff,atmosphere and service you will enjoy. the fried Jumbo shrimp and French fries were so tasty with a lot of flavor,and the coconut Mojito was excellent. The place has air conditioning bathrooms 🚻 for both males and females. They also have limited parking for handicap and regular parking spaces for everyone,they also have wheelchair accessible entrance. Hope this review helps 🙏

Restaurant was re-opened with new administration. This was closed since Maria's Hurricane. Definitively the cooker was changed. The customer who visited this place in the past will not find the taste of the delicious food that was previously served there. Need to improve in customer service, food flavors. The local is nice.
