Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Prime Market and it was an experience that all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the stage for what would be a truly memorable evening. The decor was a perfect blend of modern elegance , creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.
Service
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. He took the time to explain the different cuts of steak and made excellent wine pairing suggestions, enhancing our dining experience even further.
Food
Now, onto the star of the show: the steak. I ordered the porterhouse, and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delight, showcasing the quality and expertise that went into its preparation. The accompanying sides were equally impressive. The truffle fries were delicious , while the mashes taro were seasoned just right.
Drinks
The wine selection was extensive, featuring a variety of local and international options. We chose a robust red that perfectly complemented our meal. For dessert the apple foster, which was a sweet and satisfying end to a fantastic dinner.

Read moreWe drove from San Juan, because of the good reviews. The food was good, but the service is horrible for the prices. The prices should in part reflect the level of service, and this case they have missed the mark. Having been in the service industry for many years, I can tell you this place is a mess. Even with the owner/manager apparently here, I’m seeing tables, including our own unserviced. The point of a restaurant is to turn a profit, which is done by increasing sales. In our case the waitress missed out on additional $80-$100 in sales because of the painfully slow and inattentive service. Instead of ordering the 40oz prime porterhouse steak and dessert, we are leaving, because we don’t have another 5 hours to wait for her to take our order. Now let’s see if we ever get our check. We will not be back, for these prices, we’re sticking...
Read moreThis was a wonderful stop; the service was wonderful, kind, expeditious, and the food was utterly delicious. Firstly, the "piquillos rellenos" were absolutely delicious, wonderfully grilled, and filled with a very creamy manchego-based filling. The server was prompt to make sure we were taken care of, and the food arrived promptly. The food was absolutely delicious, and I have to give another shout-out to the "pastelillos" which were full of a wonderfully seasoned ground beef. We loved the experience, and we are looking forward to returning to graduate from their wonderful Tapas to their Steaks! Will...
