GRAN HOTEL — Hotel in Guayama

Okay not Great. First of all, I have to say that telephone customer service was excellent and very professional. The bartender which I think his name was Gilberto not sure was super friendly, courteous, my son and my husband enjoyed conversing with him. As it relates to the room we stayed in, it’s a different story. I was not very pleased with the cleanliness or the condition of the room. The room needs a lot of upgrade and I don’t know if I would stay there again.

BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE!!! Doors were locked at time of check in (2:00), which was the time on the reservation & the time that was given to me over the phone the week before. Called over a dozen times & emailed for 3hrs with no response. After 3 hours of walking around in the heat my daughter and I were forced to pay for an Airbnb in fear it would get dark and we'd have to sleep on the street. DON"T LET THIS PLACE RUIN...
