I placed an order at 4:41pm on December 14th. When I got to the speaker I order two 1 combos the first one was supposed to have no onions and the other one was supposed to have no onions or tomatoes because my sister is allergic. We get our food and we get to eating and she starts having an allergic reaction due to the fact that they put the tomatoes and onions on there anyways. So I call the store to make a complaint and the manager tells me that we’re supposed to say that we’re allergic so that it doesn’t get put on the sandwich when that was the reason why I told them to leave it off. She even then swore that there wasn’t any on the sandwich and I told her that I still have the sandwich and took pictures and she lost it. She then goes ahead and blames me for the incident happening and we start going back and forth and I asked to speak to the general manager and she says she is the gm of the store. She then continues to cuss me out saying she makes more money than me calling me the b word and etc.. So I made a complaint to cooperate hopefully the actual owner of the store sees this and she can be dealt with.

My blast was expensive-over $6. And the candy wasn't even mixed in all the way throughout the ice cream. It was mostly in the top third of the cup. Why can't they put in the ice cream, add half the candy, put in the rest of the ice cream, add the rest of the candy, and THEN stir it up?? I mean, it can't be that difficult to figure out... Plus, there was a big ol' hole in the ice cream where the stirring paddle came out. I felt as though I might have been missing some of the ice cream I paid for because of that hole! Besides that, the card reader didn't work so I had to entrust the employee with my card to make my purchase. I hate that because not everyone is trustworthy. Please straighten out the Blast issue and for goodness' sake, fix your equipment, Sonic!! Thanks! ā˜ŗļø

That’s not my real problem I also added 2 ranch cups which are free to add some flavor and when I pick up my Order the girl comes out and hands me my food. Asks me if I want the ranch and if I do it’s 54 cents not free like the app says. She didn’t even bring them out with her and they scratched 0 out on my receipt and wrote 54 cents. I might be wrong I just thought it was crazy. The ranch might have earned them another star.

i placed a mobile order at 7:16 and waited well past 7:30 for my order. Multiple people pulled in after me ordered and got their food before me. I asked a little blonde girl what was taking so long i’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for my food. she smiled looked around and said ā€œi don’t know what you want me to tell you.ā€ I have no clue how a crew member that works in fast food could be so incompetent and disrespectful while smiling and laughing telling me that. They come back outside to tell me i’m waiting on tater tots when i didn’t even order those. Another person proceeds to get their order before mine. They refused me a manger multiple times. then when i called the store to speak to a manger the manager wanted to yell and argue with me. This store needs more respectful people that have good customer service skills. I work in customer service myself and i could never imagine a worker smiling and laughing at me telling me ā€œi don’t know what to tell you.ā€ Just go check and see what i’m waiting on and don’t make up something make sure i have what y’all said i’m waiting on in my bag. The most incompetent, disrespectful workers i have ever encountered. The blonde girl who i talked to first should not be working in fast food or customer service at all she immediately came at me with an attitude and hostility. I can not fathom how i was refused a manger the whole time i was there after i was told yes there was a manger i could speak too if a manger can’t come and do their job they shouldn’t have it either so irresponsible never seen anything like...

The Sonic Employees here provide the worst customer service, by any staff known. We watched as they coerced customers to go inside to get their own orders, (even if a tip was already provided). We were not fully aware of what was happening around us as we watch interaction between a server and customers at there cars.. Some customers looked upset and got out of their vehicle and will proceed to go inside the sonic delivery area, later emerging with their food in hand, …then after we waited patiently for over 20-25 minutes, my daughter went inside store to ask about her and hers sisters order (2 ice creams).. The staff said they have no order for stall#4, but for some reason the two items ordered were sitting on the counter melting. They changed their comment to… well.. we made order and the order deleted itself so we thought you canceled.. but you can’t cancel a paid order and we even tipped you my daughter told them.. the two staff member debated if she could have the ā€˜paid for’ ice cream since they show no record of an existing order..even with her ability to show them she had a dated receipt in the Sonic App and the emailed receipt.. $14.50 isn’t a lot of money, but get caught shoplifting a $10 item in a store and watch the police arrest you for stealing.. these Entitled Employees attempted to steal from us.. hoping they could eat our food or toss it.. which ever is steal stealing.. also It’s time to STOP Tipping people for doing what their employer already paid...
