i placed a mobile order at 7:16 and waited well past 7:30 for my order. Multiple people pulled in after me ordered and got their food before me. I asked a little blonde girl what was taking so long iāve been waiting over 15 minutes for my food. she smiled looked around and said āi donāt know what you want me to tell you.ā I have no clue how a crew member that works in fast food could be so incompetent and disrespectful while smiling and laughing telling me that. They come back outside to tell me iām waiting on tater tots when i didnāt even order those. Another person proceeds to get their order before mine. They refused me a manger multiple times. then when i called the store to speak to a manger the manager wanted to yell and argue with me. This store needs more respectful people that have good customer service skills. I work in customer service myself and i could never imagine a worker smiling and laughing at me telling me āi donāt know what to tell you.ā Just go check and see what iām waiting on and donāt make up something make sure i have what yāall said iām waiting on in my bag. The most incompetent, disrespectful workers i have ever encountered. The blonde girl who i talked to first should not be working in fast food or customer service at all she immediately came at me with an attitude and hostility. We watched as they coerced customers to go inside to get their own orders, (even if a tip was already provided). We were not fully aware of what was happening around us as we watch interaction between a server and customers at there cars.. Some customers looked upset and got out of their vehicle and will proceed to go inside the sonic delivery area, later emerging with their food in hand, ā¦then after we waited patiently for over 20-25 minutes, my daughter went inside store to ask about her and hers sisters order (2 ice creams).. The staff said they have no order for stall#4, but for some reason the two items ordered were sitting on the counter melting. They changed their comment to⦠well.. we made order and the order deleted itself so we thought you canceled.. but you canāt cancel a paid order and we even tipped you my daughter told them.. the two staff member debated if she could have the āpaid forā ice cream since they show no record of an existing order..even with her ability to show them she had a dated receipt in the Sonic App and the emailed receipt.. $14.50 isnāt a lot of money, but get caught shoplifting a $10 item in a store and watch the police arrest you for stealing.. these Entitled Employees attempted to steal from us.. hoping they could eat our food or toss it.. which ever is steal stealing.. also Itās time to STOP Tipping people for doing what their employer already paid...

When I got to the speaker I order two 1 combos the first one was supposed to have no onions and the other one was supposed to have no onions or tomatoes because my sister is allergic. We get our food and we get to eating and she starts having an allergic reaction due to the fact that they put the tomatoes and onions on there anyways. So I call the store to make a complaint and the manager tells me that weāre supposed to say that weāre allergic so that it doesnāt get put on the sandwich when that was the reason why I told them to leave it off. She even then swore that there wasnāt any on the sandwich and I told her that I still have the sandwich and took pictures and she lost it. She then goes ahead and blames me for the incident happening and we start going back and forth and I asked to speak to the general manager and she says she is the gm of the store. She then continues to cuss me out saying she makes more money than me calling me the b word and etc.. So I made a complaint to cooperate hopefully the actual owner of the store sees this and she can...
