Service here is the worst! I placed a large order and waited forever when I finally got to the window the girl never smiled once it almost looked like she was dreading the job. Without making eye contact she said WE ARE OUT OF CORNDOGS YOUR NEW TOTAL IS…. I said oh okay you’re not going to give me a chance to order something else? She said what do you want?? As if that bothered her. I ordered scrambled eggs because it was for my daughter. By the way I paid for them and never got them. I asked what her name was she said Karen. I said where’s your manager she said we don’t have one and slammed the window. I knocked on the window and called the store she answered and I said I’m not driving off until someone talks to me. Another lady opened the window and she was very polite and helpful but I didn’t get her name. She told me the GM, Preston would be back in the morning so I called the next morning. A girl answered the phone named Emily. She said HELLO!! I said who am I speaking with she said UM WARDS!! I said wow okay who’s your manager? She said Preston!! I said wow all of you have horrible attitudes so he gets on the phone and I proceed to ask why his employees are so rude. He asks why am I telling him how to do his job. At this point I couldn’t do anything else but laugh because that made no sense. I asked for the owners number, Jesse. He told me no and hung up the phone in my face. I walked in on Friday June 20th for breakfast around 6ish 7ish. Not but a car in a stall n two in drive thru. I went in to order a biscuit and gravy to go. I waited after being rang in n cashed out to look thru the kitchen to see the manager and father of the guy cashier making food with gloves on, only to see a strangly black guy come up form the back to attempt to make what seemed to be my food. The manger placed my Togo box on counter the guy pointed and asked if he needed to make my food mind you without gloves wiping hands on clothes and beyond, after I saw the guy open my biscuit place it in container and then bare handedly grab my sausage out of hot pan full of sausage I had seen way more than enough. I yelled n said hey is he making my food I think not he isn't wearing gloves and touched all my food and think I'm going to eat that. The manager yelled up front to his son and said hey give her a refund. Terrible nasty service n I myself work in food and I see why all of the bad reviews I don't recommend this wards for not even a cup of water he'll not even...

Just left Wards on pass rd in Gulfport. Orders 1 item a sausage biscuit with cheese mixed with the egg. I asked repeatedly to cook the egg and cheese together. Got to the window. The owner or at least a guy who said he was the owner gave me my food. I checked the bag and biscuit and once again the cheese is on top of the egg. I asked him could the remake. He said I can’t touch the food. I said well the store in Long Beach gets it right every time. He said. Go back to Long Beach then. Wow. So of course I got a refund and left. He’s wondering why he’s working in his own store because he can’t keep help. Well he’s setting a horrible example of customer service in front of other employees. And wondering why he’s loosing sale.
