Thank you for your feedback, and we genuinely appreciate your interest in our establishment. As owners, we take great pride in getting to know everyone who walks through our doors and strive to create a welcoming and positive experience for all.
We’d like to address some of the recent negative reviews. Unfortunately, the ones with one star and no comments are from disgruntled former employees who haven't been to our restaurant in months and, in fact, have never even dined with us. We take this seriously and have reported it to Google. Our team is here to provide a high-quality experience in a unmatched environment, and we encourage everyone to come by and experience it firsthand.
We have recently made exciting improvements, including a new chef who joined our team three months ago. His dishes have been met with glowing reviews, and we are eager for you to try them!
Our restaurant also offers two impressive Texas sized bars — one inside that honors the courageous service men and women of America, and another outdoors amidst the most stunning lush gardens you will find on Cedar Creek Lake. We offer extremely talented live music every Friday and Saturday starting March 1st, making it a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Bring the pals, the gals, the kids or the pets...everyone is welcome.
And check out our private room the Birdie Bliss, where you can improve your golf game with golf markers, play 9 or 18 rounds on over 35 beautiful courses, chill in the lounge section, watch TV, Touch tunes, get out the frustrations on the punching bag or play some darts with anyone around the world. Holds up to 20 comfortable with 9 golfers playing at a time.
Our goal is to create a variety of spaces where everyone feels at home, much like the modern-day Cheers — where you walk in, and we know your name. We hope to see you soon and that you'll join us to enjoy all the fantastic offerings...
Read moreStaff is nice even under stress. I was hoping to have a better experience. Was told that two servers called in and most of the staff were catering to a large group. I don't know if I will try them again. Yet, I'm wandering, if under better circumstances if it would be better. Was there for around 40 minutes before our drinks were served. Took 20 before someone even took our drink orders. Had to stop another server to even get another drink, at that time we went ahead and placed our orders since it took another 30ish minutes to be acknowledged. Our second round of drinks took over 45 minutes to get to us. Shortly after our drinks were served our food came out. I wish that I had ordered something different. For the price I paid for a Philly steak sandwich it was really dry and seemed cheaply made. For $7 down the road, Kamman's Exxon Philly is much better. Others with me seemed to be happy with their food. The burger was good, I tried my wife's. But, I've had better burgers for much cheaper. There was no wow factor to the burger, just a basic burger you can get at any dine in restaurant. After our food was served we didn't get any more service other than our plates picked up and they brought more plates for our dessert. After sitting another hour we finally asked for our check that we never got. Ended up stopping another server to tell them that we were going to walk around to check out the place. Went to the bar area to listen to the guy sing and was basically not acknowledged for the rest of our time there. Had to then go to the checkout counter to pay and leave. We would have probably ordered several more dinks But, the time for service was...
Read moreRave: I have to say there are very few restaurants (date night locations) that I can honestly get 💯 percent behind. With that said, last night my wife and I tried out Elements by 456, for the first time. From start to finish it was amazing. The staff was kind, and knowledgeable, the food was amazing, service was timely and best yet the cost… So was much less than expected, especially the drinks. We were able to meet the owners, by chance and once again we were floored by their kindness and genuine love and interest, for their customers and establishment. They showed us their location, with what can only be compared to as that of a proud parent showing off their kids photos, the labor of love showing through the whole time, all the while telling us of their journey, to make Elements what it is today. We watched them welcome almost every customer by name, with a smile and hand shake or a hug, sometimes both. On top of all this, they even had great entertainment, last night was a live music. All this said, we give them a 10 out of 10 and will recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful experience and the opportunity to support a great family and staff. We will definitely be frequenting this location. Thank you for an amazing...
