Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gurnee

Worst experience with any delivery service I've had. All thanks to Miguel "District Manager" and that is in quotes because if that was true, which i HIGHLY doubt, was the biggest joke of the year!! I scheduled an order 3 hours before. Twenty minutes before the delivery time, on the app it showed it was out of the oven. Delivery time came and still no change. Ten minutes later I called and the guy who introduced himself as Miguel District Manager said it was already sent and the delivery Driver had "a lot" of deliveries to make. I said I did not want a cold hard pizza since it had been half an hour since out the oven, and he only said "there is nothing else I can do, if you are dissatisfied then send it back when you receive it and I will process a refund." Half an hour happened... again I called because now it had been an hour since the pizza had been out. "You didnt give me enough time to tell you what I could do to make up for it, but now im not going to do it. Go ahead and report me. I have better customers than you to help." And he hangs up... Ridiculous doesn't begin to describe it. An attitude like that... either he lied about being a District Manager or Dominoes was being stupid with the decision of promoting him. No way I am getting cold hard food from there again and questioning from any Domino's if this is who they have...

I did not appreciate having the manager of dominos pizza eat the pizza of two of the most helpless 87 year old senior citizens. My sister placed an order for my elderly parents and it was for pick up. My 87 year old father who stopped by to pick up the pizza didn't realize that the manager and or staff had been eating his pizza that he had been given and as he reached the house he would later find out. When I stopped by at home my parents were upset at the fact that they had been duped not only was the order wrong but it's a half eaten pizza, my sister tried calling dominoes they wouldn't pick up then I tried calling myself and I hear the manager telling the worker to hang up the phone on me as I was explaining the problem with order. After that I took matters into my own hands. As I showed up at dominos I see a tattooed Manger maybe also Latino anyway so I tried to talk to him and instead of correcting the problem he was giggling like a little school GIRL, UNPLEASANT and UPROFESSIONAL . I GAVE HIM A PIECE OF MY MIND. FIRE him. Oh and I DONT NEED PERMISSION TO RECORD anything on my phone. I HAVE HIM ON VIDEO. HERES A PICTURE. ALSO GOT MY REFUND. 24 YEARS MY DAD CAME TO THIS PLACE. On 13th Jan , I ordered pizza pickup. I was there in store for more than 1.5 hours and constantly asked the staff about my pizza. The girl at the counter constantly tells me that my pizza is next coming up and it's in the Owen. After 1.5 hours she asked me to check with the chubby white guy who is making pizza there. That guy was so rude. I was talking to my wife and he interrupted her and asked her to cancel the order. My wife resists and he asks us to leave the store by saying that you won't be getting any pizza you leave my store. We ask them the reason why they took 1.5 hours to tell us that our order is missing somewhere and they don't have time to find it. He was threatening us that he will call the police if we don't leave. He is the manager there and he was constantly threatening people and showing eyeballs to them even when they are talking to kids. He was about to hit people with so much anger. Very rude guy. Very bad experience. Will never go back there and won't recommend anyone to go there.. that guy is dangerous and should be fired...
