Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Guthrie

Terrible pizza, cheese breadsticks and customer service. Went when it first opened and the pizza and cheese breadsticks I ordered were nice on top, but burned (and I mean black, not just a little overdone) on the bottom. I scraped off what I could to eat (not that easy with cheese breadsticks) and called to let them know I wasn't pleased. No apologies and when I asked if I could have another order cooked less burned got the standard: "That's the way the oven works; we can't change the time or the temperature." So apparently the pizza and breadsticks go into an oven that locks until the timer goes back off because otherwise, I'm wondering why they can't just pull the items a little earlier than normal? Either that or check out their oven configuration because that burned bottom...man, it was hideous. I had the same problem with the Papa John's in Edmond, so at least they're consistent in burning...

Never had any problems with the pizza, although it is overpriced. I can get better pizza at Godfathers for a better price. I mainly want to review the gas station...its not listed on Google maps so I figure this will do just as good. Is the place ran by meth heads?? The first time I went in to pay for gas the woman behind the counter didnt pay any attention to me as she stood right in front of me arguing/cussing with her significant other on the phone for several minutes. The second time I stopped for gas about 730am nobody was even there! Today I stopped and the lady worker walked out with a clear garbage bag on as a shirt, lit her cigarette right in front of the door, and smoked right there blowing it in everyones face. These 2 ladies I've encountered look like they are on meth and act like it too. What is this company thinking hiring these...

I was gone for a year and stopped by to see family while moving and twice the pizza was delivered squished to the side

I called and complained the 2nd time it happened and he asked if credit would be fine

The next day when trying to place an order we couldn't find where so I called

They told me over the phone that my gf was "jumping up and down trying to get a spider"

Yet she didn't do that nor did the driver even give her the pizza when she went to take a PHOTO of a spider

So they messed up our order twice and blamed it on my wife while refusing to correct their mistake

If she WAS "jumping up and down with the pizza

Why isn't there any sauce or grease on the...
