Rock-A-Way Tavern — Restaurant in Guthrie

I just moved it to Logan county about a year ago and I’ve been here 3 times. Every experience has been great, the bar tender is awesome, the patrons are great. I was here this evening playing pool with a couple I had met earlier in the night, just before closing a worker came up to me and accused me of smearing hand sanitizer all over the bathroom mirror. I told him it wasn’t me and I had no idea what he was talking about. He then stormed off angrily. The couple, who seemed to be frequent visitors of the bar, assured me not to worry, and that he was the owners son, and an alcoholic. Regardless, I found this very rude and unprofessional. I've never had the food so I can't talk about that. As far as the bar goes this is really the only one I go to when I'm in the mood for a drink or to listen to some live music. They usually have live music on Saturdays. They have two really nice pool tables downstairs, and a nice patio to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air since it is a smoking bar. Rock-A-Way Tavern was the most welcoming bar I have encountered in quite some time. From the amazing service from Miss Pam behind the bar - to the locals inviting us to join them for trivia.
