In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Hacienda Heights

My Family & I stop by lastnight for a shakes 1 half strawberry/Chocolate & the 2nd one was all 3 flavors more strawberry than chocolate & vanilla to which as soon as it was given to me & as soon I slurped it the after taste to me was spoiled. Didn't know what it was & told the girl right away. She mentioned that the shake machine was empty but didn't explain if it was really empty or halfway. Because I know when it's empty there's a red light. Any way so I tell her I'll pass on the shk & I'll have a pink lemonade instead. But that's when she tells me they changed it on. So she gives me a new shk & I tried it & it seemed ok but I was still iffy about it so told my hubby he could drink it. So we get home & then my brother and husband get that spoiled dairy after taste & I was I new it. I'm Mexican American first born daughter to parents that always kept me in the kitchen & I always been the 1 to tell all my family when the food is spoiled. Also I was shocked at some of the night crew associates they where just rude making unnecessary comments like what does spoiled shake taste like & I should try spoiled shake. What happened to Your golden rule 1 one. It's print it on your pay stubs check Costumer is always right In case they aren't go back to golden rule number 1. Unacceptable I will never ever go to any in.n.out ever again & I kept both of the shares & I'll be taking them to a lab to get tested because it made me vomit & when I get the results to prove it was spoiled I'll be going to the store & speaking to the store manager & his DM. The only 1 that was respectful all the time was the girl on pay window. Thanks for being respectful young lady ur what an in.n.out associate is all about. But the rest needs to be retrained on the Snyder family golden rule's.

W/ that said if anyone visit this location on Friday night @ 10:50 on May 3rd 2019 & got a shake & end it getting an upset tummy 🤮💩 it was the spoiled...

Too many weird incidents happened here. First incident , they forgot I ordered Animal fries and no there was no communication with me. I stayed in the drive-thru for at least 8 minutes till they asked me “Is there something else?” I said I’m waiting for the fries and they were all whispering like I was crazy and the big Caucasian dude gave me a weird smirk and said “sorry” and took additional 5 minutes to make and handed me my fries with a weird smirk. 2nd time , I ordered my usual ….and one of the female cashiers looked at me funny as if I said something funny. Today, I ordered my usual (again) and again one of the cashier didn’t offer chilies or spread ….before I took off I said “May I have please chilies and spread?” The whole crew just stared like White Walkers and she didn’t even ask me how many I wanted. I finally had an enough ….I purposely snatched the chilies out of her hand and said “What is your guys problem? I have done nothing wrong. You're supposed to be upbeat and energetic and nice and all I get from this staff is slow , always whispering and laughing” I then drove off. I’ll never come back to this restaurant. It’s the Thursday and Friday 5:00 shift crew that’s a problem. Please hire mature adults. Most unprofessional staff ever. I would get names but it’s the entire kitchen staff. I haven’t wrote a review in forever but TODAY...

Another food place rating back at it again, this time the all-time best fast food place, In-N-Out Burger. To begin with this amazing experience, I ordered the animal style burger from their not so secret menu found on their website. The burger was very delicious, 0 flaws. However, the fries were a bit stiff and not so soft. I like my fries soft. Other than that, the salt was perfect. Moving on, if you didn't know, you could ask for a hat or some stickers, and they will give you one for free, which is exactly what I did. The hat was cool and fit perfectly and could be adjusted. I also ordered a strawberry shake, which was amazing and was pretty easy to drink/slurp. The final thing I will rate is the atmosphere. It was alright. The only thing I did t like was that my foot got gum stuck on it when I walked to the dining area. Overall rating...
