During my recent visit to this Bojangles location, I utilized the drive-thru for convenience. The service was impressively quick—I received my order within three minutes, and my food was hot and fresh. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and organization of the establishment appeared well-maintained, contributing to a positive first impression.
However, my experience was not without its concerns. Essential items such as napkins and cutlery were not provided with my order, which I only realized once I checked my bag. This required me to go inside and request them, ultimately negating the efficiency and convenience that a drive-thru is intended to offer. Unfortunately, when I raised the issue with the staff, they insisted that the items had been included in my bag, despite clear evidence to the contrary. This interaction was frustrating, as it turned what should have been a seamless transaction into an unnecessary inconvenience.
While the speed and quality of the food were commendable, attention to detail in fulfilling orders and customer service interactions could be improved. The lady who took my order in the dining area had a bad attitude and made the ordering process uncomfortable. We came in as a group, and although we each ordered and paid separately, she took it upon herself to combine all of our food into one bag without asking — which caused confusion.
On a more positive note, the inside of the restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms, while they smelled unpleasant, were at least tidy. What really stood out, though, was the manager on duty. She was incredibly understanding with me wasting my drink on accident , professional, and helpful in resolving the issue. Their customer service helped ease some of the frustration from the earlier experience.

Honestly the attendant was kind of rude taking my order, but I chalked it up to things being busy. Then they told me to wait in the designated spot for my food. Didn’t tell me why but I figured there were more cars behind me than what I could see, so I didn’t have a problem with that. I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for one item that I had ordered. If they would have told me it would be a wait for that ONE item I would’ve told them to just take it off, but they didn’t give me that choice. That’s just poor service overall.
