La Reina del Cuajo has been the best mobile food service outlet that I have visited in the Davenport and Hains City area. Truth is owners are friendly, joyful and take great pride in their menu and food selection. Perfectly "condimented" and very well prepared. Customer service is the best in the area by far. Gracias y muchas bendiciones!!! 🌺💖🌺

Ya había leído los comentarios pero decidí ir como quiera porque aveces las personas escriben por malas experiencias solamente. Despues de 1hora y 10 minutos de viaje , Viernes 3:05 pm, muy amable el recibimiento, ordene cuajito con batata y morcilla ( que te la cobran aparte pero ni modo por este plato fue que fui ) y un Jugo de acerola ( bien bueno ) $19.67 . Me dijeron 15 minutos de espera por que tenían otras ordenes, perfecto no hay problema. 1 hora mas tarde todavía no estaba la orden y vi salir otras personas que pidieron después de mi. Si se llaman la reina del cuajo debería ser algo que esta todo el tiempo y listo para entrega. Les recomiendo que se organicen mucho mejor, cojan algún curso corto o busquen asesoría para manejar el negocio tiene mucho potencial pero ustedes mismo lo están matando. Voy a volver en un mes a dar seguimiento para ver si cambio mi opinion ! Dios les bendiga y los ayude !

Es servicio, es excelente, pero la comida no debo decir lo mismo. Para empezar estaba todo frío. El cuajo tenía poco sabor y era normal, pero el lecho debo decir que estaba superduro y sin sabor, este no me gusto para nada. Las viandas eran lo único bueno. Ante su comida era mucho más buena, caliente y ahora la verdad no sé qué les paso. Ojalá y mejoren esa parte.

DO NOT BUY THE PIÑA COLADA NEXT DOOR! I repeat, do not buy "Piña Colada " on the small house next door. Don't waste your money, 2 Coladas $15 with sprinklers ( hello! What?) Yes, the guy is not sure if he wants to sell piña Colada or frappe, lol! Anyhow, they have no flavor (Regardless, I traveled two hours to try the food from La reina del cuajo not the piña colada). It was a total disappointment, neither the cuajo or the pulpo were ready,the lady who takes the orders ( I'm assuming is the owner) keep on pressuring and yelling at the chef to serve the food faster. The Flavor was good They didn’t have the sauce for the Cuajito Blood Sausage Was Not Available The Cuajito was lukewarm Preferable form of payment Cash For and order of Cuajito and a 2 green bananas plus 1/2 of cuajito plain without green bananas ( they were out of them at this point ) Our bill was $50.00 We Were Surprised by the price… The food truck was parked on soiled ground With some tables. Best Cuajo in Polk County. The entire menu is great. Mofongo is another excellent choice. I've been going here since the have opened and not once have I been disappointed. The gentleman that works the truck always has a huge smile and always knows his menu. Please take it from me, the food is great.
