Was there last night (Friday 24 Jan 2025). We ordered online (not the app). We parked in the pick-up stall as directed to when the order was placed. We sat in the spot for about 30 minutes waiting for our order to be brought out to us. We finally called to see what the delay was and the lady who answered the phone kept saying that we should have put the stall number in on the app when we arrived. Every time we explained that we ordered online and NOT the app (at least 4 times), she kept repeating that we should have put the stall number in when we arrived. We even tried to explain that there is no way to do that with an online order. It seems as if she either couldn't understand or didn't care that there is a difference between the online ordering and using the mobile app. Either way, her attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable! The worse part was that we could see them looking at us through the window but no one thought to check and see why we were waiting for so long. The guy that finally bought us our food was nice and he understood the problem and did appologize for the delay. But overall, the nasty attitude of the woman on the phone was enough to prompt this review. Sonic, sync your online ordering and mobile app so that when ordering online you can check-in when you arrive or at least put the phone number on the pick-up stall signs and inform customers to call when they arrive to avoid delays in the future. I visited this location at the end if July 2022. My daughter has been wanting to go to Sonic for a while now. We were finally in the area of one and decided to give it a try. The car stalls were closed so we used the drive thru I understand all businesses especially fast food are short staffed. But let me say going through the drive through should not be stressful at all. The person kept saying they couldn’t hear us. We literally had to repeat each order 4-5 times. Upon getting to the window to pay we received our order rather quickly. We pulled over to check to make sure we received all our items and it was all there. We weren’t provided with any condiments and only two napkins for a group of 4. I ordered the cheeseburger meal; the burger was a pretty big size but it looked like and smelled like school cafeteria burger. I took one bite and was immediately turned off. I didn’t like the taste of the burger at all. I was excited because I love tater tots. I got my hopes up for absolutely nothing. The tater tots weren’t even good they also had a weird taste to them. The chicken sandwich and BBQ Jumbo popcorn chicken wasn’t good either. I must give credit to the French Fries and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blast were the only tasty items. It was a complete waste of money. I’m not familiar with the area so I’m not sure of the public transportation options. I’m not sure if I would give Sonic...

Went to Sonic and asked for a cheeseburger with chili and onions only. I didn't check the sandwich after I drove off and after I got back to work I found that the sandwich had no chili which I paid extra for and no onions. The cheeseburger had mustard ketchup and other stuff on it which I did not want. I also ordered onion rings. They were cold and hard like they were sitting in a tray for some time. I was really disappointed in this meal. I have had food from this place before and it was okay. Don't know what happened this time. You have to pay attention to what your customers are ordering and give them what they ordered. Won't be going there anytime soon. Route 38 - don't know what township it is in.

Took a chance and went to this place to get a cheeseburger with chili and onions. The sandwich was horrible. The roll was falling apart (it may have old bread) and the sandwich cold. This is the last time I will go to Sonic! I know of some people that have went there and had bad experiences with the food. Their customer service is a mess! Two unpleasant visits is...

Well this is the 2nd visit to sonic in a few weeks. I wasn’t going to go back but I thought maybe they had a bad day. My first order was tater tot’s and I got fries. I got a churro shake with ice cream all dripping around it and not a napkin in my bag. The top of shake kept falling off. 2nd visit was today and I tell you I am done. Churro shake same way. Doesn’t even look like ice cream. Lid falls off and ice cream dripping all across my pants and in car cup holder. Asked for sauces. Got none. Asked for ketchup, mayo and bbq packets. Got nothing. And the best of all again no freaking napkins. Your staff are incompetent that u can’t put napkins in a bag. Do not say hi or goodbye. Do not say your welcome when you say thank you. Some simple common courtesy does not exist. Management should really review who they are hiring and look at the product they are producing and providing customers. Hope other people get better than I got.

The guy here in the purple (see picture) never had a mask on the entire time I was waiting which was about 30 mins. The girl in the black shirt had her nose sticking out the entire time and refused to fix it even when it was pointed out by the girl taking the orders. Thankfully, neither of them seemed to be near or handling the food or drinks but if they are this careless in front of multiple customers, one can only assume that they are always careless.

I went about 40 mins before closing the other night and it seemed like everyone but the girl taking orders had given up.
