D'Carbon BBQ — Restaurant in Haledon

We have ordered from this place before, today I made a mistake and ordered from the one in haledon instead of this one, when the waiter figured out that the order was at another location, I told him that I wanted to place the order here, then he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't take the order because i had already placed it somewhere else.... The only words that I could think of in my mind were " how stupid can you be!!??" I asked him again if I could place an order there, and he repeated the same. I can't order there ,any thing!!!! Just let that sink in.... Telling a paying customer right to his face, we don't want...

If I could give no stars, I would. $15 for ONE potato with sauce and the potato was rotten. See the picture. When I called them to let them know, because I ordered it take-out, the lady said, "oh, I didn't look at it before I put the sauce on top". So, they don't even inspect the food. Don't go. I dont want you to get sick of rotten food. I am mad that I tasted the one end, which was small before I noticed yhe next piece was rotten. The piece i did taste needed salt. The dish was tasteless. I threw it...

We were excited for this restaurant to open in our neighborhood. But, on our bill, all prices were increased by 4% over the written menu. We never saw a notice of a cc fee. Also, an automatic gratuity of 18% was added to the bill, for a party of TWO!!!!!, again WITH NO NOTICE. When we asked, they said it was tips for the servers, but in NJ that is not true, automatic fees go to the employer. Sadly, we will not be returning after experiencing these...
