Where do I start the day shift aren't bad but I ate there twice the early part of last week in one day. It wasIt was Tuesday, went in for lunch ate inside. Pretty decent service but one employee was talking to the customers actually sitting down and telling them about her bills and her hours. Went back later for dinner I was going to get it to go walked in and was told there's a 20 to 30 minute wait and I could order if I wanted to so I said I will just come back. Came back 20 minutes later ordered got my food 35 minutes later as I watch the manager do absolutely nothing except retrieve change out of a safe one time and straighten her hair and her outfit several times the cashier was staring into space and a boy working preparing food or supposedly doing so kept getting on his cell phone while we were waiting for food! there was food literal food on the floors tortillas cinnamon twists,etc they have kids working there. the people in this town waited a long time for Taco Bell to come and the service is only getting worse there are people in this town who need jobs and can't find them yet this company has hired people who don't work it's pathetic they need to hire some adults and start over. We waited till almost 9 at night to eat dinner and still I went through this.    Read moreDined in a couple times no complaints with the food or staff. Both occasions recently I was in was between 7:30-8:00 p.m. store wasn't particularly busy. Wasn't on a weekend or Friday night. Time of service each time was a bit lengthy. Couple times through the drive thru after the dine in had closed. Each ocassion the food was plenty warm and good, no issue there. But again for the amount of traffic going through the time of service was lengthy. The bright spot each occasion was the young lady working the window. She was each time very courteous and sincere friendly making the wait not so bad. She is a bright spot among your employees.    Read moreLol! I've read through the reviews and agree on 70% of what people are saying. If my order is ever correct, it's cold. The only reason this place looks good and clean is because it's new. They desperately need new management and better training for the food prep employees. I don't usually drop names but I feel it's needed, manager JUJU.. "purple hair mouthy manager." She desperately needs to learn about self hygiene practices and customer service. To be a leader there, she is showing her employees all the wrong things to do and how to act appropriately.
