I live just a few blocks from this location. Yet I drive 4 miles away and back rather than eat at this local. Its just dirty. You can not even see out the windows they are so dirty. But that is not my issue. I was pressed for time yesterday and stopped at this location. I ordered the breast meal. OMG, the breast where so old I tossed them away when I got home. They must have been under the heat lamp for hours and hours. The crust was so brittle that when you touched it - the skin just turned to dust. The meat was dry and uneatable. The fries where tiny little pieces of apparently what was left at the bottom of the tray. This is not the exception for this location. It is the normal. That is why I eat at any other chicken express rather than this one. This location has the worst manager and an even worst owner. I did phone the store to complain about the condition of the breast and was met with a "I don't care attitude. When I asked for the phone # of the owner - They hung up the phone on me. Chicken Express will not let you contact the corporate office. At the web site it states - if you have an issue with a location - contact the owner of that location. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Read moreI eat here often. I gotten a few wrong orders at times and the customer service seems to be going downhill. On mar 3 2015 I pulled in the drive-through to place a to go order. It's was 949 pm and they close at 10pm so I waited a redhead kid look at my car then turned off the light to the Drive through at was 952 at this point. So I pulled at there was 2 girl and the guys the were avoiding I contact with me and trying not to look in my Direction. I hocked a few times and nothing so I pulled away and called the manger it was 955 she told me they shut down and she would have a talk with her staff over the issue. Read moreSo I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I am quite upset about this. After spending almost $60 on fried chicken, I expected the quality to be much higher than what I received. First we waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive through and when we received our food, I expected the tenders, family count 20 piece plus a side, to be fresh and juicy and we'll, tender. They were not. They have obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for the afternoon and the french fries were soggy, not crunchy and barely warm. And the rolls... definitely were made yesterday because they were tough and extremely dry. I am so disappointed with this food. And the fact that I spent $60 on it...we could have eaten at a restaurant for less than $40 for the 3 of us and at least the food...
