Taqueria Haltom — Restaurant in Haltom City

I love the food. However i went in and ordered the taco special with no cilantro, due to being deathly allergic, and they put cilantro on it anyways. It was on the receipt no cilantro. They proceeded to say that they were sorry and said that the people couldn't understand english. Well the person that took my order understood enough to put no cilantro on the receipt. When i went back up there they proceeded to give me an attitude like i was inconveniencing them. I dont know who runs this place now, but you need to hire someone that speaks English or train someone to speak it before you actually kill someone. What a shame, i used to love their food. This behavior will make me abandon the whole store even after ive been coming here for over 10 yrs. I ended up giving my dinner to my roommate cause when i got home with the remake i still found cilantro. This place isnt...

I just went today after constant praises from my dad regarding this place. I called ahead to order since I live about 20minutes away. They answered the phone right away and took my order saying it would be ready by the time I got there.

Upon arrival I noticed it's inside a small gas station which was clean and organized. My food was ready as promised and the ladies at the counter were friendly. I ordered a torta al pastor which was about $12 and comes with a complimentary 12oz beverage. They have inside seating but I opted to eat at home since I had other things to do. Let me say the food was completely delicious!!!! The meat was flavorful and was a great size! Cannot say enough good things...

I was happy to get some Tacos but what a Surprise While I was waiting I saw one of the guys doing the Tacos also like any other place he was wearing gloves and is fine . But the problem is that HE WAS TOUCHING EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME. AND HE NEVER CHANGE HIS GLOVES AND HE JUST WHEN BACK TO CONTINUE MAKING HIS DUTY THE FOOD TOUCHING EVERYTHING . MAYBE NO ONE TOLD THEM THAT THEY NEED TO USE NEW GLOVES TO PREVENT THE FOOD CONTAMINATION . And they are not wearing mask . Please guys be more careful . Just Imagine that you guys are doing all this at the front of Health Department or City Code inspector .They will closed...
