Arby's — Restaurant in Hamburg

Service was absolutely horrible! Waited for about 10 minutes before our order was even taken and there wasn’t anyone in front of us in the drive thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, a large drink, and an order of chicken fingers. Asked for extra cheese on sandwiches and didn’t get extra cheese on either. Only received 1 of our fries and when we asked for our other fry, we were given a nasty look and the worker just turned their back on us and handed us a fry without even saying a word to us. Asked for Arby’s sauce and didn’t get any. Worker was eating an apple while serving food, which is absolutely unsanitary. Our drink was also not a large when we asked for a large. When we asked for the correct size, we were told that we already received a drink and can’t get another one and they can’t take back what was already given to us. My husband and I ordered the most delicious, hot and fresh meal at this location on August 3, 2020 at 10:57am. Our order number was 13. We order the freshest tasting Turkey/Ranch/Bacon sandwich, Crispy Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich, 2 medium crispy crispy & hot curly fries. Then we washed it all down with the most thirsty satisfaction in drink choices of: fruit punch & sweet tea (Best tasting ever). We are from Tennessee, so thank you Tyler the Manager at this location for having such an amazing, friendly & polite team members that executed our meal! We use to eat Arby's a lot then stopped. If I could review and give less than 1 star I would. I went here for food and inquired about a food item and if it had onions, I was told yes. I said ok I am allergic so I won't get that, how about this other item. I then selected another item, (expecting them to make me aware if it did have onions since I explained that i have an onion allergy) then was then sent to the window to pay. I got the food and it came with onions all over the bun, when I realized and I went back to the window to inquire, the staff said it's not their fault, I should have known I ordered it that way.
