Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamburg

I have always order from here until today that we had a bad experience. So I ordered online an xl pepperoni pizza, 16 pieces of bone in mango habanero wings and 8 pcs of the Parmesan wings, it was a carry out so my husband picked up the other. When he arrived we noticed that they didn’t give him the wings that we ordered, they sent boneless wings and all of them were the same; just the pizza was right, so we decided to go and change the order since it was their mistake. When my husband got there the manager said that she couldn’t do nothing, she said the only way to get a refund was if he brings the pizza that my kids already ate, she was laughing and unwilling to help, she was rude and nasty. I called the store and talked to her and I suggested that I can buy the same pizza again and return it as the one that we didn’t have at that moment but she said that it didn’t have any sense to do that, what I agreed because it was a simple problem that could be solved easily but she didn’t want to. When I was on my way to the store she said to my husband that she was going to do the refund just because she wanted him to leave. By the time that I arrived to the store she was doing the refund and the explanation that she gave me was that they ran out of bone in wings and that is why they sent those. I said that she should have cancelled the order and not just change what I ordered. She was being rude and had zero empathy or respect for us as customers. She cancelled the order and I paid for the pizza but she charged me more than what I paid online, I just paid because I wanted to get...

I have to take a moment to applaud these guys. I was on my way home from an incredibly long day and my family wanted Dominoes. Being that the closest Dominoes (this one) is 30mins away and I was going past it, I relented and went knowing that it was going to be a long wait since it is Saturday, hot, and summer. I get there, go inside to check that the order is in and go wait in my car (I was about 10mins away so I knew this would be a thing). After that, I go back in and wait and they are operating like a machine. As someone who was previously in the service industry, I was impressed. They were obviously swamped but focused. The manager (guy with long slightly wavy/curly hair) told me my order would be done soon (nice to be acknowledge and they know I was waiting). I might have been staring to keep myself awake but as soon as my order was done, they were on it and they were so nice! Shout out to the lady (I think her name started with an A and she had gorgeous curls) and the young gentleman behind the counter (had some nice red and black twists) for their courteous and customer service (as well as the manager). Even though it is fast food, the teamwork, customer service, courteous and just overall kindness of the staff will keep me coming back when I am in the area. I had a very bad experience tonight with this location my family always orders from here when we buy our pizza and it was very bad costumer service tonight I went to this location to pick up my order that I called in at 4:36 pm I told them I would pay when I came in to get my order, But a few minutes after hanging up a guy called back stating they needed the payment over the phone the price was $70.84 So I gave them my payment over the phone. Once I got there my order wasn’t correct I tried explaining to the guy and he stated that that was what I ordered and said they could add more to the order but charged me another $26.36 on top of it. At that point I was very upset my niece told them we didn’t want the pizza and we would like a refund please and the guy stated they can’t do that it was already cooked so then my niece asked if they could keep the pizza up to stay warm until the other pizza was cooked he refused so i waited for the rest of the order and I took the pizza home, and unfortunately me and my family wasn’t happy with our order the pizza was cold the cheesy bread was cold and wasn’t good we drove back to talk to them and they all sat there talking behind our back thinking we didn’t here anything and he tried to say I placed the order online, but I have the phone records, I will not be going...
