The Wright Way Burgers & BBQ — Restaurant in Hamden

We hosted an event with The Wright Way food truck and it was ALL WRIGHT! Our guests are still raving about the delicious food! From the moment you approach the truck, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu was fantastic and customized to our liking with a range of delicious options that catered to all tastes.

I ate the yummy fried chicken sando, the highlight is the dill slaw. The flavors were perfect, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality. Onion rings are over the top with a special dusting of magic, cornbread is not to be missed and I heard the mac ‘n cheese was phenomenal. It was evident that a lot of love, pride and expertise goes into preparing the food. The service was prompt and efficient, food was hot, even with a long line of guests.

Overall, working with Tyler was a pleasure. He is attentive, eager to please, professional and just an all around super nice guy. He added a special touch to the party, made planning simple, and our party a success. Decent enough sandwich place. The beef in the Cowboy smash burger was quite tasty and good quality, but for a BBQ restaurant, it was a little light on the sauce. Perhaps we're just ruined by Kansas City BBQ, but we could have used a little more flavor. The meat itself, though, was very delicious, and was made to order quite quickly. The cole slaw was also nicely balanced. The one last negative mark for us was that they do not provide free tap water for their customers.
