McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamel

I am really sad to write this review because up until about a month ago this was one of the best McDonalds I had been to state side (and we have lived & traveled to many states/locations). They always had fresh food cooked in fresh grease. Truly top notch. However the past 4 times we have been to this location the food has been old. They do not customize as ordered (no onions/pickles) and you can tell the grease has not been changed enough. Our recent order had VERY old chicken nuggets & filet-o-fish (with almost no sauce). A burnt bun on the Crispy chicken almost no mayo. The big mac we specified no pickles & no onions and got both. Photos show some of the issues. Update: Because this place is the only fast food close to my house I've tried it a few more times over the past yr and it regrettably has just gotten worse. Their filet-o-fish are often so old/nasty I can't even get through it (filet-o-fish has to be served fresh or if just want good I don't mind the wait). Their buns chewy not fresh at all. Which means they either refrigerator them or store them in the wrong climate. More often than not their burgers are hard & cold. Their nuggets are generally old as well. Just sad this place was went so far down hill compared to when we moved here 3 yrs ago. TBH with the prices they charge now I can order from my closest restaurant for about the same price & get fresh high...

No great service happens when the workers start to argue with the customers. We went through the drive thru and had 2 orders, which they had repeated to us and confirmed; one at the speaker and the other with a code for a mobile order. We went to the window and got our drink for the mobile order. And then we waited… they came back with the second order that was at the speaker and said goodbye. We let them know we had a second order. Immediately they said no. We let them know it was a mobile order and we already have the drink for it. The man started to argue that we are not right and if it’s not on their screen, there’s none. We assured him, and another lady involved already, we paid already. I get it, I’ve worked at a McDonald’s too. Eventually our order was found, the lady apologized immediately and the man walked away. We got our food, missing our fries… didn’t care at this point and left. I’m just saying, it was not packed, it was just us for 4 minutes. I’m assuming the worker who left (the one that gave us our drink) cleared our order before the others could...

I don't understand how it asks for a "service" rating when everyone ignores the public to MAKE them order on the kiosk. Food had the normal amount of condiments but was dripping all over because, evidently, the one who was making it doesn't know what center is. Outside of that, the soda machines were SO DIRTY that they literally had the syrup cached up on the brim of the dispenser! I'll post the video if it allows me . There were 6 dispensers that had the syrup dripping from it. If i can't post it with this review, then look for the video of my camera going down the line pointed UP so all can see the nastyness. I got the tea. tells me they are NEVER cleaned! Do you know how long it takes syrup to coagulat on the brim of a dispenser that never dries out?

Avoid this place!!!!

If the soda machines that the public can see are that dirty. Imagine how dirty the surfaces are that the public...
