McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Truthfully,I'll never buy a dam thing from this playground again .I asked at 10:00 at night if I could get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit she said yes , I said okay is there a 2 sandwich special she said no,I said okay. She put another sandwich on the board I said no I just want one you said was you like anything else I said yes a strawberry milkshake large and for you to take one of those sandwiches off of there the prices start jacking around on the board and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit is the same price as a large milkshake $3.19 , so she tells me to pull to the first window and as soon as I got there I asked her why is the sandwich $3.19 it doesn't seem right. she says ! well you know you can get two for $4 sir and i said that's not what you told me while I was sitting back at the first station she says I'm sorry. I said that's alright give me the 2fir 4 please as she starts checking through her computer as another 5 minutes goes by, I don't know why it's not coming up I guess we don't have it so you just want the two on there I said no not at $3.19 a piece ,just one and a large shake.5 more min and I get a shake and I am asked to pull out in the parking lot and wait for another 7 minutes only for them to bring me a sausage and egg biscuit with no damn CHEEEEEEEZE,SI I WALK BACK IN AND THEY THROW A COLD PEICE ON MY COLD SAUSAGE AND TRIED TO HAND IT TO ME AND I SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS I WOULD LIKE MY CHEESE MELTED AND THE GIRL TURNS AROUND GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK TO THE MICROWAVE AND PERCEIVES TO MELT THE CHEESE INTO THE BISCUIT I MEAN IT WAS SO HOT THAT I COULD WARM MY HANDS IN -10 DEGREE WEATHER 15 MINUTES AFTER THE FACT AND SHE SAYS TO ME IT'S REALLY HOT NOW I JUST BURNED MY HAND SO WATCH YOURSELF. At this point. I am tired of calling and complaining to the store management. I’m going to leave a review every time they mess up my order. Since that is the only thing they are consistent with is forgetting something in my order. Maybe… just maybe this would be a reminder for them. I used the mobile app for breakfast with my order I ordered two large hot teas. With 12 sugars each. At least I got the tea bags this time. Last time they just gave me a cop of hot water. This time they gave me two cups of hot water and tea bags. No sugar in the water nor did I get a sugar pack. Worst McDonald’s ever. At least I didn’t have to deal with the attitude of the rude Hispanic manager that the employees don’t even like. I’m sure corporate has gotten enough complaints about her by now. From them missing sandwiches or miscounting fries and replying rudely when you as for your missing fries. On top of it all they have the young black man at the window that is antisocial and just stares and says nothing. I say “good morning.” I get nothing. There$ 7 dollar double cheese burger medium fry 4 chicken tenders. MC DONALD'S ruined there chain my double cheeseburger didn't have minced onions but hole onions the meat has so much grease from 10 burgers that it looks like someone spit that's the second time I threw out first burger the frys soggy and small in paper not medium in cardboard like picture the only thing edible was the 4 chicken nuggets& the small soda not medium like picture The restaurant smells like old grease and everything feels like it also i can't believe that they destroyed this chain the only way you will save this restaurant is get rid of those storage warmers i have to eat grease from 10 burgers will not work not at any price it looks like spit.
