New Beijing House Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Today is Sunday, July 13th 2025. I have been ordering from this location for over 3 years now. I placed an order today to ask for extra sauce in the food because it comes very light with sauce. I did not get it upon delivery so I called and asked about it. I was absolutely disrespected by the manager and was told to deal with it. I told this young manager, a woman, that if there was a mistake that's fine I would just like the sauce. She clearly misunderstood and sent me extra soy sauce instead of extra sauce in the food as I asked. I specifically said there's not very much sauce in the food could you send me extra sauce for the food. This is not the first time I've asked this so I know that that is exactly what I said. Instead of her just saying I'm sorry I made a mistake I thought you meant soy sauce she goes off into this disrespectful rage on me and hangs up. I call up demanding an apology for being disrespected unnecessarily because of her mistake I'm not taking this personal why is she?? One of my favorite places in town to get Chinese food. We usually get combination plates and get it delivered. Prices are pretty good, good portions. I recommend this restaurant, it's delicious.

Update-Managed to order tonight and it was so good. Featured are- General Tso's Chicken, General Tso's Shrimp (which was so delicious ;^;), and Hot and Spicy Beef. There was more than enough for us and it was so good.

Another update! We ordered a few different things this time, one being the beef and broccoli. It was so tender and good! If you haven't tried this place yet, you are really missing out!

Update 09/22/23 We were so sick and got a chance to order. I love this restaurant so much. We ordered hot and sour soup and it was so good and spicy! Food isnt bad, it isnt great either just middle of the road Chinese takeout. Service was nice, prices were low and now I know why. The food was made quickly with no real effort or quality ingredients. Fried rice has no peas, carrots or egg just onions and very small bits of pork. Egg rolls just cabbage and carrots but the taste was decent. I ordered shredded pork with garlic sauce, not sure what they gave me but it definitely wasnt shredded nor was it the dark brown garlic sauce I've gotten my entire life. They used chili garlic sauce out of the jar, the kind you get at Asian supermarkets with the Rooster on it. My husband got chicken and broccoli and his had the same exact sauce.

All in all, I wouldnt mind the food if I was drunk or this was the last resort. But it definitely wont be my families weekly...
