Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Pizza was poorly made, and order was taken incorrectly. Only one was supposed to be pan. The other two were supposed to be hand tossed. The toasted parmesan was supposed to be on the two hand tossed that we didn't get, and the hut favorite was supposed to be on the pan. All wound up with parmesan. They do pizza like the warden used to...whether you like it or not! Skimpy cheese, flat crust, all the toppings in one spot. And the meager amount of sauce they gave for the breadsticks was thin and watery.

The time before last night's visit, they didn't pack part of the order. I called for a refund because I live a 50 mile round trip away. After 15 minutes on the phone, with me reading the card info over, and over, and over, they STILL couldn't make the refund. My husband had to go in the next day to get it. Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza for carry out, when I picked the pizza up it had no pepperonis on it. When I spoke with the manager about this she argued with me that I ordered a pepperoni lover's pizza with no pepperoni; When I asked her why I would order a pep lovers pizza with no pep she rolled her eyes at me and said I'll just remake it but that's how you ordered it.
