I have eaten Possom Holler for years, YEARS, but today I have to say they have dissapointed me beyond measure. We ordered a medium piza: 16.75. This is NOT a medium. This is a small. The woman who delivered it assured us it was a 12 in medium pizza. Well, measuring tape says it and its box are only 11 inches. I get that food costs are rising, but selling your small pizza as a medium and charging that much for it is absurd. This is very dissapointing. We don't even have enough pizza here to feed the house. It is smaller than a store bought Digiorno that I could buy for 10$. Edit: In response to owner. Instead of exceptionally poor excuses, a simple apology and change of business practice should be in order if you actually WANT to keep you local patrons. Your response shows you either don't care, or don't see it as a problem. Also, my family also owned a pizza parlor in the past so I am familiar with the business, but thank you. My observation stands.

We used to order Possum Holler pretty regularly, not so much anymore...maybe 4 times or less a year. We've never had an issue until tonight. We paid $21.00 for the meats pizza and it was burnt. The bacon was charred black pieces and the sides of the pizza were black as well. I called in to speak with a manager and she admitted their oven isn't working properly and cooking hotter than normal. After the explanation, she was going to get off the phone with an I'm sorry. I asked for our money back and her solution was to remake the pizza in a broken oven or to give us a credit. I let her know we really don't order from them enough for a credit. She said no to the refund so we are just out $21.00. Stellar customer service.

(Honest review) so I've had a lot of pizza in my life. Lol but honestly the pizza was pretty good, the cheese and sauce was excellent to my opinion. Pepperoni was as well. The crust was rough Kindof and had a cracker taste. The Italian sub was very good. A little spicy and just overall good. Overall a good pizza joint that's a small neighborhood favorite. Would recommend forsure. Especially if your tired of the big pizza chains. Prices are a little bit high compared to others but not by much. Try it out. Service was great.

Original Post - 2020:

Pizza isn't anything to brag about. We got a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pepperoni is nothing like the picture, it’s like the kind you get at the store and the sausage was cheap flavorless crumbles. The crust taste like it's premade frozen, it was very dry. My wife placed the order and it was as if the lady taking the order couldn't hear well or she was trying to up sell because my wife had to repeat herself a few times to get our order right. We also got one 2-liter Sprite. The driver came and tried to charge us about $3 more than what the order taker quoted us. Then, the driver said we ordered two 2-liters. This was my first and last experience.

Response to owner: This is not a FAKE review, as you stated. I live in Obetz and I ordered from here almost 5 years ago (Summer of 2020 - when I moved to Obetz) and yes, I ordered DELIVERY over the phone from an employee. Not my problem if you don’t deliver anymore to save on cost paying delivery drivers directly. Even Donato’s has moved into 3rd party delivery cutting down on cost. But I’m happy to go back and forth with you on this review to show all those who would ever think to patronize you to reconsider based on your argumentative demeanor just because you don’t like a negative posts about your business. I can do...

I called to place an order at 8:05 pm. The girl I spoke with gave me a wait time of 30 minutes for pickup. I sent someone to pick the 1XL pizza up, they arrived to the store at 8:36 and was told they didn’t have my order. Instead of apologizing and offering to make the pizza she argued that they never took my order and called me a liar. I was on the phone with the person picking up and the lady working there kept saying I never called them and never placed an order. I decide to call in myself and I spoke with the same person who took my order and she continued to tell me I was wrong and I never placed an order. She finally said we can go ahead and make the order if you want to wait 10-15 minutes, which would have been fine until she stated that she would have given me a discount if I wasn’t so rude. Not once was I rude with anyone, I was the one being called a liar after placing my order and sending someone to pick up my order. We even showed her my call logs where I called in to place the order and still she wanted to argue that fact that an order was placed. Not once did she say I’m sorry about the miscommunication or I’m sorry we misplaced the order. The blame was placed on me. Horrible customer service. Really...

Long time customer going back to the 80’s 3 different locations from Groveport,Obetz, and now Reese/Obetz. I ordered a takeout by phone for my son and I. 1 meatball sub for my son and 1 small veggie pizza for myself. To my surprise the menu prices online are not correct or even close. 24 dollars for a pickup order, wow!!! Lost my business today for sure even though the food was good definitely not worth that for such a small order. So to add to the owners rude replies not only to my review but everyone that doesn’t say how great and wonderful everything is with his business. You haven’t owned the pizza shop all that long. It was opened and owned by the Ryan family. Not sure how long your dilapidated current location has been in use but was just saying I was a customer from the time I was a kid in Groveport and also when it was next to alum creek carry out attracted to the bar. Ooh you didn’t own it then so you may have not know. Your prices are extremely high now and you can make all the rude comments you like. 15 dollars for a small veggie pizza and 9 dollars for a meatball sub. Really??? I’m all for local businesses as long as the business is for the community and there customers. You are...
