Wawa — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Wawa was always great usually. They hired some new horrible lady named Devin at deli counter. I used to love going to Wawa but this lady literally ruins my day everytime I go. She was rude to me and other customers around me. I got a Turkey bowl with half mac & cheese and half mashed potato. I asked instead of mashed potato if I could get half mashed sweet potato instead. She got an attitude and said there’s an option for that when I double checked and there wasn’t and I told her and she said if it wasn’t there they’re out of that. I said they literally have an option just for sweet potato so that’s not true and another girl came and said they had a full pot of it. I paid and went home and saw my order and this is what I paid 9 bucks for. There’s barely anything inside except gravy, cranberry topping and very little Turkey; almost no mac and cheese or sweet potato. Who hired this lady?? This Wawa's parking lot is always filled. And there is usually only 4 people in the store. Sometimes at night there are people in the parking lot with lawnchairs. And in the early morning there are older guys that back their cars in and stare at the women and young girls walk in and out of the store. As far as the employees Rich, Tina and Scott stand out for always giving exemplary service and being a smiling face even when you are having a bad day. The deli is pretty quick even during "lunch rush"

I wish the management would do something about all the losers that hang out in the parking...

Usually they get order right except wen I order online from them or any other service. Just got a salad they didn't put a drop of ranch dressing or any salad dressing at all on it it's nearly 100% lettuce. Asked for Parm and they hardly put any on it. It also said three stripes of chicken they chopped up one strip n spread it on top. I've ordered same salad many times before but it never came so dry and wrong before if they got new workers they suck!
