Rose Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

This review hopefully brings attention to the change and quality of ingredients to their food. It is with sadness I write this review. Ordered several pizzas, Pepperoni, Public Beach, and Custom. The ingredients are tasteless. No salt flavor, no meat flavor, nothing. The only thing that the Public Beach had that gave off flavor was White Onion and it was awful onion not good. There is almost zero sauce on these pizzas now. We ended up throwing the pizza away for the 2nd time in as many weeks. The pizza is so strange that when refrigeratored for less than a day, the white color cheese turns extremely dark like it has been there for a week. Its just as bad reheated. Hope they can regain quality ingredients add sauce. They should really sample the product more for quality assurance because something about this is wrong. Are they infusing plastic food? Do they know it has very little taste? Do they know it's got no sauce? Don't allow you're competitors to win a pizza battle. You're literally the pizza place! Yikes! Ordered.the herbivore pizza, no cheese, extra sauce and well done crust. They managed to get the 'no cheese' part right. There was roughly a quarter.cup of veggies on top, which THEMSELVES were flavorless and sparse. Olives tasted like they'd been soaking in water. Even the green peppers and onions were bland. ;How does that even happen???) The sauce was simply that. A THIN tomato sauce with NO spices, spread sparingly around,and crust was barely baked .When I took it back in to show them the sparcity of the toppings, I was told "well normally there's cheese on here so you wouldn't see this". 😮 WHAT? Never in my life before have I recieved the wrong food that I ordered and be told by the owner when I called that it doesn't matter. I ordered the stromboli and recieved the sausage roll. He said they cost the same and that he only forgot two toppings. He suggested I wanted something free when all I wanted was what I had ordered originally. A group of us ordered separately and yet another order was botched as well. She ordered a thin pizza and recieved a hand tossed. He told her they do not do thin pizza but just trim off the ends and pass it as thin pizza. Why then even advertise it if you don't have it.?
