Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hamilton

Pulled in. Pushed the button to order, screen indicated that the button had been pushed and they would be with me soon. I waited about four minutes, two other vehicles pulled in and within 1 min they were ordering. I sat there for another minute and then pulled around and let the person know what had happened. I chose not to order as we needed to be on the road. The person taking the orders stated, "you must not have pushed the red button". I informed her that I had and that the message stated that it had been pushed...

Most of the time this Sonic is awesome so I hate to actually give it a 3 star rating.

This morning was great, but this afternoon service was horrible. I arrived at 5:00 PM and placed an order for 2 large drinks. The screen said someone was delivering my order at 5:05. At 5:17 when I was still sitting there, someone came out and asked me what I had ordered..... geez. I ended up picking my grandchildren late from after school tutoring because of this. So if you're in a hurry to get somewhere don't go to this Sonic in...

My cheeseburger was so cold my cheese was still hard, then my frozen lemonade had a funny taste so I asked if I could exchange it for a cherry limeade and the car hop sorta brushed me off then about 10 minutes later came out with just a plain limeade. at that point I was just happy to have something to drink and left. My son did like the garlic bacon burger that's why I gave 2 stars or it would...
