Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hamilton

I had to repeat my order 3 times before pulling up to wait on the food for 20 minutes. When the food finally did get to me it wasn't at all what I had ordered. The very nice carhop did let me keep the cheese burger, fries and Coke & went back to get the chilly cheese dog, tots, and slushi I had actually ordered. 10 minutes later she brought me the "right" order witch was a plain cheese burger........ Maybe it was the dozen cars pulled into the stalls, or the 20 or so teen/preteen kids who there being very loud and rambunctious that distracted the works to the point they couldn't give me the right food, or maybe Sonic should hire more employees. I will leave that to greater minds than my own to figure out. Needless to say my Sonic visit did NOT go well! But I will say the carhop was very nice and she did try to fix the mistake after it had happened. My boyfriend was disappointed that he did not get his chilly dog and slushi on his lunch, but I enjoyed the cheese...

I would give it zero stars if possible,they are always out of something and rude as hell my husband had to stand out in the cold for 15 minutes before they took his order then it took another 30 to get it ,there was only 2 people working and one of them was just playing on the phone letting the other do all the work , he had to put his own box together and the shakes was melted and no whipped cream the only thing the did right way as give him a discount, every time we go there they always mess up or are out of something or the food is cold never had a good experience would not...

Good place to eat, great service , nice employees when bringing it out, the only problem I have is because I have worked here before and many others do it. I don’t like being told I need to move my vehicle because I sit up there for too long, yes I sit up there for hours but other customers don’t get told to move I’m not an employee I’m a customer I take offense to being told I need to move my vehicle when it’s hot and I’m trying to park in the shade I don’t bother anyone, why should I be told to move my vehicle just because I worked there before.
