I visited this subway at 2:15pm on 04-02-2025. I received a sub sandwich to which I paid near $10 for on the app. When I did curb side pick up I got my sandwich went home and saw I only got tuna, onion, green pepper and banana peppers. I called to complain and the manager got upset and claimed she made it and she made it how directed, except the recite shows more to the sandwich. When I told her I was coming, she waited for me then I explained to her to take a look at the sandwich- so she did. Then told me she wasn’t the one who made it, told me the other girl said she made it to order and that I took it home and stripped the sandwich myself to get something free. At some point many words were exchanged and she also managed to tell me I called and corrected my order and it should have only banana peppers on it. Read morePlaced an order through the app first time going to this SUBWAY® walked in and I asked if they had a rack for them to go orders. Lady rudely said no went back to work and stood there not either of the employees mentioned that it was behind the counter waited five minutes, before walking around to the side and just standing till they help me. Not everybody goes to the same restaurant all the time a little direction would’ve been nice and possibly a pleasant attitude. The younger lady was quite busy, but the older lady knew exactly what I needed and did not help whatsoever. The food itself was good on the light side with toppings, but overall good. I was told that the chicken they put on the wrap was too wet and that's why the wrap split, doesn't sound like they hire people that know what they're doing and one girl continue to sas mouth me and told me I was giving her anxiety.
