Found hair in some of the food. Didn’t receive any drink refills and we were left alone for the whole meal which I assume was fine The lady who checked us out was overly rude and looking over my fiancé’s shoulder as we were signing the check got upset when we didn’t leave a tip (tip is most definitely not required at buffets) even though we already paid and they currently have a 9.95% tax on food (which I’m pretty sure is above state limit) to also add she pointed fingers at us and then hurriedly rushed to one of her coworkers to most likely talk trash in her native language I wanted to give this restaurant a chance again I really did but after 3 repeated food poisonings that left me with trips to urgent cares and eventually the hospital I don’t think I’ll be coming back again I really genuinely hope that they learn from this and improve but I’m not counting on it. Went there with my friend and her kids. There was a total of 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. Upon walking in to be seated, there were only tables for 4. The waitresses watched me push the tables together, with so much as an offer to help. Later, I noticed that some of the food was spoiled. My daughter opened a crawfish with green in it, not the normal yellow. We never received refills the entire hour and a half we were there. And then the waitress started to pressure us to leave 20 minutes after placing the check on the table. I did not leave a tip while my friend did. The waitress stopped me and asked if I made a mistake in not leaving a tip. I told her my friend did, we had no refills, and they did not help with the tables. Last but not least, my mentioned that while trying to grab a piece of pizza, it fell onto the counter. Apparently a worker who was refilling a dish near by, saw it and slapped the pizza onto my son's plate after it hit the dirty counter. I don't suggest going there. Their customer service is great! I walked in about 30 minutes before closing on Christmas to get take out. The food was still fresh but there was one thing they ran out of. I was looking around before I took a plate and they asked what I was looking for. I said I wanted the cream cheese wontons. They asked if I could wait for them, I said sure. 10 minutes later they came out of the kitchen fresh out the fryer. They didn't charge me extra, they made a few just for me. I filled up my other plate and it was only $10.

I went again today and really stuffed my plate more than last time and it was $10 again. They use a scale to determine pricing. It's a great deal none the less. I got general tso chicken, chicken and broccoli, pepper steak, 8 pieces of sushi, 5 fried shrimp and 5 cream cheese wonton. Honestly, it can't get better than that. I really enjoy this place.
