Andy's Pizza & Ristorante — Restaurant in Hammonton

Extremely annoyed. Placed an order for a sub. They told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there 30 minutes later for them to tell me it would just be a few more minutes. Which I was okay with. I waited another 25 minutes before I got up again to ask what was going on with my order. When the employee went to the back to ask they told him they gave away my order to someone possibly my mistake. The employee came back to let me know and asked if I wanted them to make me a new one. I had to get back to work so I couldn't wait and wouldn't want to wait at this point. They could've told me when I first got there it was gone. They also could've started to make me a new order when I got there and it would've been done. They decided to wait to tell me anything when I asked the second time about my order. Which I believe is completely unacceptable. When the employee asked how long it would take for a new one the owner with an attitude said 20 more minutes. Completely...

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I wouldn't even rate it with 1 star if google would let me! WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!! I ordered breakfast and chicken tenders with French Fries from them.. Spent $30 The Chicken arrived soaked in grease I called and asked for a new order the new order was the same dripping with grease.. The manager/Owner called me extremely rude and disrespectfully stated to never call them again that I had plenty of other pizzerias around to choose them and they're removing me from their call list didn't even let me speak to defend myself or even say that I was never going to order from them again he just hung up on me!!! 1st and last time using this place!!! Their very lucky I'm not who used to be cause it's taking every once of my being to not go over there and show them what true disrespect looks like!!! It’s only on their customer service part of the business that it’s getting such a low rating. I couldn’t tell you how good is cause never got a chance to eat there. I brought my daughter and 3 friends (25 miles) down from where we live to roller skate, and we stopped so they could eat there and when my daughter went in TWICE to see if they could get served, she was told at 6:05 that they were closing around 6:30(cause it was slow) even though they advertise open till 7:00pm. Not sure why you just don’t put closing as whenever we see fit(this way nobody makes their plans with you in mind). So I took the kids to another pizzeria closer to town but to far for them to walk to skating rink. So not only did you loose the business for today but will never set foot in your establishment nor anyone else i know that brings kids to rink....
