Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampshire Township

I have given this Dunkin over 5 tires at different times of the day as well to see if the service is always the same. It’s upsetting that I order something super simple and it’s not correct let alone the attitude some of these people have is just outrageous. I know this Dunkin gets busy and I’m sure that is hard to deal with at times but I feel is you should already know what you’re getting into working for a place like Dunkin. Like I said before I have given this place more than 5 chances to redeem themselves and it’s sad to say today was the last day I think I will be wasting my money here. I order a simple large hazelnut iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream on side. I have gotten a cup with literally all cream then when I tried the 1st time to explain I do not want a lot of cream the guy said I got you and it was a little better besides that the outside of the cup was covered in cream and he looked at me and said oh sorry while handing me the cup. Awful, Gross, Terrible.. NEVER again. I was a vendor at the Farmers market next to this place and walked over to get a toasted bagel and coffee.. after waiting for 15 minutes.. I order a large coffee and multi grain bagel toasted with cream cheese - I was told it would take maybe 30 minutes to get my bagel due to new employees not knowing what they were doing .. ummm , no.. so I get my coffee - with cream I didn't ask for - and asked can I just get the bagel sliced with a packet of cream cheese - dont' worry about toasting.. with a huff and a miserable ringing up .. I watch a disgusting work area and disagreeable employees . My bagel first hit the floor and flies were everywhere.. This was bar none the most gross place I've seen in a long time.. after getting my bag and walking to my market I got a plain bagel .. not the multi grain - and will NEVER ever come back.. this the worst experience at a DD every.. there is no excuse for disgusting work area, flies everywhere and rude and disjointed customer service.. place needs...

I went inside this establishment to place my order. The gentleman at the cash register didn't know how to order my hot matcha latte. After a few minutes he finally decided to ask his co-worker how to order my drink. I also ordered a dozen donuts and didn't have very many options to choose from due to lack of supply. While waiting for my drink order, I watched the gentleman who was preparing the hot food items for the people in the drive-thru cross-contaminate his gloved hands multiple times by touching unclean surfaces and then touching the food. Unfortunately those people in the drive-thru have no idea that this was happening. After several minutes, I finally received my drink to find that it was only filled a third of the way full.
