Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hampshire Township

Easily the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. It was clean, the food was fresh, the attitude and manners of the employees was amazing. I’m a truck driver and spend a lot of time away from home, it’s so nice to be treated so well, they made me feel like family. I want to thank Hailey, and I’m assuming the manager, Cici. Hailey broke away from her cleaning tasks to assist when the line started to build, her hustle was there and she showed she cared about the customers waiting, thank you for that girl. Cici (which I’m assuming again is the manager) really knows what she’s doing and I want to thank her too. She ran the register, engaged in conversation with customers all while running back and forth doing multiple positions. Your company is extremely fortunate to have her and Hailey and I just want to acknowledge that. I know it seems a little extra but extra is never the word when it’s the truth. Bravo to this team, thank you for making me feel better about being away from my family and I hope they get rewarded in some way or another. Thank you Hailey & Cici, you guys are stars and thank you for taking pride in what you do, it didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll hopefully be back to Elgin soon!

A noticing...

The chicken sandwiches were good. They were out of bacon and honey barbecue which limited my chicken sandwich options. They had a complaint from a customer after I placed my order. It took 20 minutes to get my order because they were all dealing with him. It did not require the entire staff. Also they had no manager and told this customer they had no way to contact a manager either. Young kids left in charge. I was asked if I wanted sauce, yes bbq sauce, that's when I found out they were out of regular bbq sauce too. They asked if I wanted a different one. I said I guess that parmesean garlic. He says oh I would have to charge you for that. Really? You were out of 3 items I asked for and I waited 20 minutes for my food!!! You can't give me the sauce. He said I don't make the rules! I paid him the 80 cents and left shaking my head. As an added bonus my fries were cold! The chicken...

Most definitely will not be eating out again or at least for a long time! Went here not long ago at the location at 7:00pm today Thursday 12 august 2021, to get a chicken sandwich and fries. I didn’t want any drink. When I look at my sandwich to get the Mayo off cause they usually put a lot , I saw a blonde human hair on my bun sticking up, I showed my bf , I was just disgusted and grossed out. And glad I didn’t just go ahead and eat without checking my food. Definitely will never ever eat at Popeyes again. Not to mention my fries smh . I never understand why fast food restaurants doesn’t enforced hair nets in all restaurants not just fast food. A cap or hat alone isn’t enough!!!!!...
