usually i’m not this peeved by customer service interactions but the girl working today (6/19/21) was going out of her way to be rude to customers. i understand getting frustrated with the job but acting like a smart a$$ towards customers that are putting genuine effort in to be kind is unacceptable. by the looks of these reviews, i’m not the only one upset with her. there was a family of four in front of me that ordered two sandwiches, and the girl working was constantly interrupting them, correcting them over nothing, and being a general pain towards them, despite the fact that they were being friendly and patient with her. she did the exact same thing to me, even to the point of unnecessarily interrupting me, correcting me because i didn’t say “banana pepper”. she also did this to the two customers behind me in line. honey, if you’re reading this, it’s not worth it. it’s literally just sandwiches. i don’t know if you’re getting overworked or if you were overdue for a break, but it. is. not. worth. losing your job for being like this towards customers and it’s not worth ruining several people’s day...
Read moreI’m sorry but I don’t remember the young lady’s name who served me today. But I want to say that I watched her handle a crowd of customers like it wasn’t nothing. She did it with grace, a great attitude, patience, and was very efficient. And she was working alone. I’m ashamed to say that I don’t remember her name, but I remember her. She was great, and I’ve never seen a Subway employee manage a crowd of hungry people the way that she did. And she did it all with a smile and got everyone their food, in a timely fashion and prepared it nicely, without anyone having to wait to long. I so was inspired by her good attitude today that I’m going to be better about maintaining a positive attitude while doing my job. I hope management appreciates and values her. If not, shame on them. She made the whole experience seem like we were putting her out. She told me that she would have to change me double if I put the cheese from my sandwich on my husbands. Which has never happened at any other Sub Way. She rolled her eye and had a snarky attitude right from the beginning sighing at every request.
