The quality of their food is good. I will not argue against that.
However, The customer service is lower than the Earth's crust. On several occasions when I order my food, they repeat the correct order back to me over the phone, but when I go to pick it up there is always one item missing from both my bag and the receipt. Despite them repeating the correct order back to me, they mess up by not including it on the ticket. When I complain about this, they are extremely apathetic and do nothing to make it right. They don't offer the forgotten item for free or a discount on the order. Nothing. They always have the attitude that it's MY fault as the customer. This happens ALL THE TIME. Almost every time we order from them. Does that mean it's up to me as the customer to check inside the bag EACH TIME I go to pick up my order? Because if that's what I have to do in order to get the food I want, I absolutely will go somewhere else. They think that because we live in a town with a population of 9,000 and very few restaurants, that they can hold us hostage and treat customers however they want. It is UNACCEPTABLE.
There was another instance where my roommate placed a pick-up order and the employees gave his food away to another customer by accident. I understand mistakes happen, but instead of comping his order, they made him wait 30 minutes and offered him a free can of pop. Gee, that single can of pop sure makes up for all that time wasted. It is an absolute HORRID way to run a business.

The pizzas are great, but everything else has been horrible. We ordered Chicago dogs and sandwiches this evening and the dogs were very over cooked and the buns were so stale that my wife could tap her finger on it and it sounded like an empty cardboard box. The beef which I ordered extra juicy came overcooked with a rock hard bun and dry meat. Not only was it not close to juicy, it was emaciated. There's just no way that they cannot know this food is unacceptable. $30 for barely edible, over cooked food with stale bread. The worst part is this is the THIRD time we have had an experience like this. You'd think we would have learned our lesson and stopped ordering, but unfortunately Hampshire doesn't have many carryout options. The pizzas are great but the rest of the food here has been consistently awful. I just don't understand how everything is overcooked or stale every single time.
