Martha's Restaurant — Restaurant in Hampton Falls

Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I drove through town on a Saturday night coming back to Massachusetts from Maine and while the posted hours show open until 9pm and it was 730pm, Joe and Martha, very regretfully, informed us that they had to close early for personal reasons but they were not about to send us away without feeding us. They made sure to give us a meal with a complementary beverage and salad for our 'trouble' and while they cooked for us and cleaned up for the night, we sat outside at the picnic tables eating as the food came hot off the stove.

They were very nice and so helpful. The amount of care and heart that went into our meal and ensuring that we ate well and didn't leave hungry...is heart warming to say the least. The service alone is enough to bring me back 10 times again and I haven't even touched on the food yet.

It was incredible!

The lamb was amazing! The char was impeccable, the texture was soft and melted in your mouth. Hands down some of the best lamb I've ever tasted. It wasn't drowned with seasoning or spices. The lamb was presented modestly and gave a wonderful flavor on its own merit. The rice pilaf was soft and gentle in the mouth and went well with the lamb kebob. A side salad with a lovely vinaigrette and an amazing stack of pita bread to top it all off.

I highly, whole heartedly, and very gratefully recommend Martha's to anyone and everyone for a lovely place to eat, with amazing food, and owners that make you feel like family, and feed you...

Absolutely incredible experience at Martha’s Lebanese American Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality from the staff – they made us feel more than welcomed. The food was out of this world! Every bite was packed with authentic flavors, and you can tell the dishes are made with so much love and care. We both enjoyed our meals immensely; each dish was as perfect as the last.

I would happily drive from Portsmouth any day of the week just to dine here, or to grab take away. – it’s absolutely worth it. The kindness and warmth of the staff alone make the visit worth your time, but the food is what truly makes it a gem. This is a resturant that I've driven by for many years until my sister asked me to meet her there for dinner as she raved about the food!!!! I'm SO GLAD I went and tried Martha's....the food is fantastic, the portions are extremely generous, everything is freshly prepared as you order it and the prices are very reasonable. I've now been there three times and the place is immaculate but not fancy. Don't let the unpretentious diningroom turn you away. The service is fantastic, friendly and makes customers feel welcomed. The fresh pita bread and fresh salads with their homemade salad dressing is beyond good. I recommend the steak swarma as it is beautifully flavored and the rice pilaf is soft, buttery and amazing...
