Ben and Cory are nothing shy of PHENOMENAL.

I say this for a number of reasons. Over the past 4 years, my husband and I have been to 20 weddings.... with the exception of 3, the food has never been stand out and quite frankly most of them were forgettable. We were on a mission to ensure that the food was a highlight as we are unabashedly, foodies.

We had a million ideas for what we wanted catered at our wedding and they took on the task with ease. The tasting menu created by Ben and Cory quickly showed us that regardless of our menu choices, anything they cooked would be something you remembered. We're still talking about some of the bites they just "whipped up".

The proof is in the pudding as they say. I can't tell you how many people reached out to us after the wedding with a note about how good the food was. It blew everyone away. While we might be biased, we absolutely had the best food out of any wedding we've been to thus far. Mission accomplished.

Last note - not to leave out the catering staff and bartenders - they were incredible! They were quick and on their game. The bartenders treated us like royalty but more importantly, were incredible at managing a crowd. Even at their busiest, they kept the drinks flowing and lines moving.

All in all, Ben and Cory run an incredible show and provide a different level of culinary delights. Whatever cuisine you want, they will ensure that it is the best version of it that...

Thyme & Tide catering knocked it out of the park for our wedding. Ben and Cory were such a pleasure to work with. From our first phone call to our first visit, we knew we had selected the right caterer for our wedding. Cory listened to our vision and offered suggestions until we landed on just the right menu. The day we went for our taste testing, we met her husband Ben who is the Chef. We were amazed at all of the dishes he had prepared for us, from the charcuterie board with unusual meats and cheeses, to appetizers and several main meal options cooked and prepared right in front of us. Everything was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations right down to the presentation. Cory took care of all of the details and together they brought our dream to life. When they say they can serve a plated dinner for 135 people in 45 minutes from the first salad plate to the last meal served, they mean it. All of our guests raved about the food. On site, the two of them along with their staff, are true professionals. First class all the way! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Thyme + TIDE! Cory was a pleasure to work with in all the pre-wedding planning, she helped make sure our menu was well balanced and answered all my many questions with ease. Ben prepared us an amazing menu for our tasting and we left so excited for our friends and family to be treated to such a phenomenal meal!
