McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton Township

Its ok because the food is usually at least fresh but the manager today Carol could use a lesson on manners and customer relations they forgot my frappe the person ordering it in the Drive-Thru took it off there for some reason and then when I got up front they didn't have it rather than just say oh okay sorry about that it's going to be blah blah blah it had to be some big thing and then they tried to make me pull forward for a frappe so that's the reason for the three stars instead of five update I’m sitting watching a special needs child cry because they didn’t push any one through the drive through for over 10 minutes so breakfast would be over by the time we got to the window and then Wouldn’t give us our order even though it was already paid for and ordered through the mobile app this place is ridiculous McDonald’s is already expensive enough for what it is compared to what it used to be there’s no reason to go someplace that people are going to be rude and disrespectful and not do their jobs I will never go here again and I would suggest nobody else does either I really think corporate office staff had and do something about the...

This McDonald's is the closest one to my home, therefore, I visit it a lot but will go a little further to the one on Center Ave. I don't know if it's just bad luck, but more often then not I leave there unsatisfied with my order. Fries undercooked, wrong orders, ( need to hold up the line to check that my order is correct.), I often order extra heavy onions with barely any onions on any of the burger I order, I can't afford a big Mac to often and was really looking forward to it, so last night I took the wife out for McDonald's and when I opened the box it was just thrown in the box and the bun was not very fresh and to top it off they didn't include napkins in with our order. The staff is friendly, parking great, convenient but with so many errors in our orders we will try somewhere...

Went inside for a bite to eat before starting a 2nd shift at my job. Haven't had a quarter pound burger from there in quite some time, it was delicious. I'm usually more of a egg mcmuffin person. Girl with the LL Cool j looking hat was nice and attentive. Food was fresh and hot, not too greasy, not too salty. Wasn't ridiculous busy when I was there. I usually choose this mcdonalds, and recommend it. dining room is clean. Plus if you need gas or a car wash, it's all here.

Update: 08/29/2024 Still the best McDonald's in town, the egg mcmuffin with the Canadian bacon has always been my go to. If you use the app, you get more food at a cheap price plus earn points for free food. Customer service is always really friendly in the morning...
