Read more0/10 TERRIBLE. My Mac n cheese tasted like water and a girl I was with got Alfredo noodles and it tasted just like my "Mac n cheese" I ordered a baked potato also and the girl took forever and then came over and said they don't have those so I had to get "seasoned red potatoes" there was no seasoning on them and they didn't taste good either. Someone I was also with never got their sides and the lady said she couldn't give him a discount and he didn't even get all his food, another girl I was with didn't get her sides either. Nobody's food tasted good and so we asked for a manager and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't get her because she was behind the bar. 3 people ordered their "crushers" think that's what it was called, and the menu showed that it came with a tiki cup and cost 8.50, they got handed and very small plastic cup with their logo and it was filled halfway with ice and didn't care about that complaint either and said that's what it is. We then got the manager ourselves and all she did was say sorry and asked if we wanted dessert, we didn't want more water tasting food, she didn't even offer any type of discount and just said sorry. When we asked the waiter for a discount for the not given food and asked for a military discount she said it was too late for that but then the manager said she could and they didn't get the full discount they said and not everyone even got one and the waiter was just so uncaring and I saw her rolling her eyes in the back. Someone noticed she didn't even ask the manager to come to us when we asked for her. She also took forever to give us our money back from the tips. Don't...
Read moreAfter a beach day with my mom, we decided to look around the area for a restaurant that was close. After seeing this place on google, we looked at pics of the menus, and decided to try. Upon arriving we didn’t understand that this establishment was more of a “night club bar” area, and were prompted at the door by a bouncer for our ids. We were sort of confused, but complied. The man then asks my age and proceeds to insult me saying “how old are you, you look like you’re like 12”. Me, being 19, was offended and my mother and I brushed it off with sarcasm. However, still rude and disrespectful to laugh at and treat a potential customer (who is an adult) like a child. He then wanded us down for weapons in basically our bathing suits. We looked inside shortly. After that, we left. This place is not advertised as it should be, as an exclusive bar or club setting. This is not a “waterfront restaurant” like it’s advertised on google. Don’t go here unless you are ready to get checked for weapons and sit in a dingy, stinky area with food from who knows where (disgusting inside, no way it passes food regulations. Would LOVE to see their score on the cleanliness scale.) Essentially, this establishment is advertised poorly (define that it is a CLUB AND SMOKING DUNGEON), and our short encounter with the staff was horrible and unprofessional. Was just trying to have a meal with my mother, but this experience killed our appetite. Don’t go to this place unless you want second hand spice smoke, insults,...
