Weāve been coming to this place for years my husband and I spending hundreds of dollars sometimes weekly because all we eat is seafood and today out of nowhere Tyler/Taylor whatever his name is tried to accuse me of lying about them selling me some bad conch. Iāve spent enough money in this establishment throughout the years to pay off a few mortgages why would I lie about a $24 purchase. First he said it shouldnāt have been frozen then he say āo well you could have left it in the car for hours for all I knowā dude are you serious. People should really learn how to treat and talk to customers especially loyal customers. After going back and forth for a while he rudely agreed to replace it but after I hung up the phone and sat there for a moment and took in what had just happened my heart really began to ache. It was then I realized that I wasnāt upset about what had just happened but I was hurt. As a business owner myself Iād NEVER Handle a customer how he handled me and especially a weekly customer of 8 years ( no one deserves to be talked to like this) He had accused me of lying and all kind of others things. I decided to not even take the conch back to them but to just toss it in the garbage and take it as a loss. My heart is to sunken to even step foot back into Graham and Rollins again ever in life. She didnāt greet none of the customers walking in she had you waiting to get your fish weighted and it wasnāt busy it was literally like 4 customers in the store including myself. Ā Ā Ā Read more5 STAR PLUS. Graham & Rollins went up and beyond what most companies do today. I ordered a shipment of Crab with a Wednesday delivery date. They processed the order, sent tracking info. UPS neglected to properly scan my shipment and the crab appeared to be lost. Not good for my dinner party on Saturday. G&R instructed me to call first thing Thursday AM if my shipment did not get delivered . When I called Thursday 1st thing Terri Graham answered the phone with "Hello Mary" She informed me they were sending out another shipment, no charge to me, and we will receive it Friday. Terri was kind enough to provide her personal cell if necessary. UPS did delivery the 1st shipment on Thursday, but not until 2:10 pm CST. I notified Terri as the crab was still frozen and in good shape. I was hoping G&R could pull the duplicate shipment before it was picked up . As it was UPS error not G&R. It was too late to pull shipment , We received the second shipment on Friday. The crab was absolutely delicious, however the service Graham & Rollins provided far exceeded my expectations.
