First of all, we are locals and have been going here for years and understand that the current situation with COVID has made it difficult for many businesses. However, don’t bother with phone orders. They advertise it as easy and quick. This is the 3rd week in a row of attempting to call ahead and we get there and are still required wait in line with everyone who hasn’t even ordered yet (apparently due to “not enough staff” to run the pick up section). By the time you get to the register your bagels are cold and often not made how you ordered. I thought the point of starting the call ahead orders was to try to limit the amount of people in the store and limit the spread of the virus. It is by no means accomplishing that.
If you are under staffed stop with the call ahead. It is pointless. Also maybe it’s time to take...
Read moreThis place has gone tragically downhill. EVERY single time I’ve gone there in the last 3 or so months they have given me an incomplete sandwich. Missing major ingredients - do they tell you? No. They knowingly are out of tomato, or bacon or lettuce and just don’t put it on and then charge you FULL price which is already much higher than it used to be. $7.50 for a nor’easter without either bacon, or lettuce or tomato? That’s the entire makeup of the sandwhich !! I mean really? Robbing you blind here, and they don’t care to inform the customer. Just take your money and give you a half made...

You have to listen for your entire order to be called out, which is not easy to hear in a crowded small place. If one of the workers yells “everything bagel” how do I know thats mine? Why not use numbers or names? The person I placed my order with didn’t tell me my coffee would be ready in a separate location. It’s a stressful cluster in there and I only return out of the convenience of location. Probably not going...
