I went in on my lunch break around 1 pm on a Friday to order Taco Bell. There was one other customer (a black woman)there waiting for her food. The drive thru employee ( a black girl) walked up to take my order and I asked for a chalupa and she told me that they didn't have Taco Bell only KFC. Then she walked away while I was in the middle of ordering and another lady ended up taking my order. The 5 people behind me (all black) then ordered Taco Bell. My food came out and I asked how are they ordering Taco Bell if I couldn't? The lady in front of me got her order which was also Taco Bell and the rude employee said her manager wasn't there and that's why I couldn't get Taco Bell. Even though the lady in front of me did. She was extremely rude and I asked for a refund. She told me I couldn't have a refund but then the manager did end up refunding it and shoved my money at me. I then re ordered Taco Bell. While I was waiting (around 20 minutes for them to make it) another customer came in complaining that his food was wrong and drove all the way home before noticing. The rude drive thru employee snatched his food out of his hand and threw it in the trash. He looked at me and said wow service definitely isn't what it used to be. I told him my situation and he said the same girl was rude to him. I finally get my order and the cheese was completely runny like water and tasted strange like there was chemicals in it. The potato taco I ordered had only 5 potatoes on it and a few shreds of lettuce no sauce or anything else. The chalupa was put on a burrito wrap and was mostly only tomatoes. The rude black girl in the drive thru went back in the kitchen while my food was being prepared and I'm 100 percent sure she put some kind of cleaner in my food. I was not given a receipt either and she did not have a name tag so nothing I can do about it. I threw the food away and did not eat it. I videoed the whole thing and I will be filing a police report after work. She was rude and racist and only treated the black customers with respect and definitely put chemicals in my food. Read moreDefinitely the worst customer service experience of my life. The Drive-thru worker was extremely rude. She told me that I can't add to my order at the window, which was fine. I said that I would come inside. She proceeded to demand that I pay her for my current order immediately. I repeated that I was coming inside. When I got inside, the first order was already bagged, crumpled up and laying on its side. The cashier attempted to verify what I had ordered and I explained that I had not ordered regular chicken sandwiches...I had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and wanted to add to the order. The Drive- thru worker turned around and yelled "That's not what he said when he ordered" The cashier told me that the Drive-thru worker must be having a bad day. I told her that taking it out on paying customers was not the solution. The cashier, who was friendly and polite, continued to take my order and went to the back to get it. The Drive thru worker went to the back and started yelling "I don'tcare" " You can go back and tell him I don't care" She then proceeded to laugh. At that point, I canceled the order and demanded a refund to my card and a receipt showing that I had been refunded. She was unable to provide the receipt because the printer had no paper. Read moreThe customer service here is the absolute worst. I can’t believe how poor the attitudes are at this specific location. I asked for my receipt and she got a complete attitude and told me it’s going to be awhile for her printer to print off the receipt. She literally made me pull forward and I waited about 5 minutes just to get a receipt. What is the constant attitude for here?? I mean it’s every time with the same exact people. There is one woman who is always respectful and says hello, but I haven’t seen her in awhile. Their entire demeanor here screams “I hate my job.” If you can’t handle being in a customer service position, it’s best to consider something else. Other people should not have to deal with your poor attitude all the time and poor service.
Next time I came here. I ordered 3 tacos and was prompted to pull up and wait while 3 others showed up behind got their food right away and left. I waited about 10 minutes. I also have the fear of them messing with my food out of spite since I’m a familiar face and after the receipt situation. I will just avoid this location moving forward.
