LV's Restaurant — Restaurant in Hampton

The lady that took our order was very nice. We came back in 45 minutes for our food as told. The food still wasn’t ready which we didn’t mind at all. She offered us a seat so we sat at the bar area. While still waiting on our food some older man came in and said I see you’re taking up the space at the bar mind you the inside is closed for seating but the lady let us sit while waiting longer than expected. There was another guy in there to whom he spoke to and ask what he ordered and went to inquire about his order. Didn’t say hello to us nor did he know we were waiting for a while. When we got our food the lady was so nice and apologetic. The man didn’t say bye come again or anything as if he had seen us before and it was our first time there ever. I think he has them stressed and that is why our food was not good. I love supporting my people but after that rude encounter I can’t say I will go back. Food wise my rice was cooked nice. But my gravy tasted burnt and my pork chop was dry. I told myself if I had a bad experience I will never eat out again. Response to the owner from Jamie Wilson- you didn’t try to do anything! Regardless of you showing me a receipt that shows voided, you still caused money to come out my account, and I SHOWED you where the money was deducted from me! It was YOUR error. YOU initiated the transit for the wrong amount and said the money would come back to many account in a few minutes, which it didn’t. So I WAS charged. Because of YOUR error, I left with less money on my account and no food. YOU had a nonchalant response saying i should get the money back in a few days, AFTER saying the money would come back to my account in a few minutes. Even your google response is non empathetic. You showed tonight and even with your non empathetic google reply that you DO NOT CARE about your customers....

First time it took 1.5 to recieve my food but the service was nice They charge .60ct per container with out the option to dine in. I asked for Catfish dinner which was basa I received 1 pcs of fish cut in half to have it look like 2 the Collard greens a from yesterday due to the salt content was super high Yams was mashed an super sweet,hush puppies were fried too hard and dried out. The cornbread was delicious but I received a half a slice... using kosher salt versus table salt or just cutting back will help as well If the load of producing alot cut the menu in half only charge for one side per meal of the product is good ppl will buy the other. the place is great with a good location just need a better approach at making...
